I'm sure his timing probably isn't very good at the moment, but he didn't get into a situation where it had to be super precise.

He sends specific parts of his body into Kamui's dimension, while making it look like he's using intangibility to just slip through things. That takes very precise timing, which he displayed here by getting past multiple ninja and tricking two other ninjas into stabbing one of their own.
He doesn't specifically send the body parts though- he has it in 'active' mode, wherein any bodypart hit will phase out, and inactive, where he's all solid.
When it's active, he can't grab people or such.

Oh right, Konan's explanation.
But he still displayed remarkable proficiency with it for a first time use. mmm

The Senju chakra from Spirally and his implants may have helped him activate it at full too. No baby steps of trying it without enough power or such, he's got the juice to put it on max level from the start.
I dunno about that. Apparently Obito's got a tremendous amount of talent, as he is an Uchiha after all. vin
Spiral Zetsu was surprised he could use Mokuton that soon and that well.
Senju chakra may be why Tobi doesn't suffer any of the side-effects associated with MS though.

Sasuke is Itachi's younger brother. It's understandable. 😎

4. Naruto
Toriko just finished an climactic fight in an awesome way, so its only natural that its at the top. Seriously, more people should read Toriko.
Bleach was good because of the balls Kubo has to have Yama be treated like that. The indignity of it was well handled. I'm actually interested in the storyline now that Soul Society has been destroyed. I think it will eliminate the problem the Aizen arc had to the good guys not really acting like shit has hit the fan.
One Piece was excellent, I liked the Smoker fight and well, pretty much everything was interesting and cool. Unlike Aura, I actually like Caesar as a villain. He was deliciously douchey in this chapter and its always a joy to see his crazy faces.
Naruto was very cool and I appreciate the way that Obito went ballistic. But at the end of the day it was just Obito killing people for 20 pages. While screaming goofily.

I like it when Naruto explains things and the beginning of the chapter was pretty emotional.
One Piece spent a lot of time on Momonosuke, which is better than spending a lot of time on the kids I guess. I kinda want to see the fights though.
Bleach...lol. Byakuya was good in this chapter...but that's about it. So freaking padded.
I personally didn't mind Byakuya not dying right off the bat. It's not like he'll survive, besides he'll now die with hope in his heart.
What's annoying is that nothing happened. We jumped from one scene to the next without getting anywhere. Half of the chapter could've easily been devoted to the battle, or the dialogue before the battle; since the Vandenreich wants to recruit Ichigo as a war-potential.
