That said I read like the first two chapters of Magi. Didn't grab me.

It usually takes way longer than two chapters to get into anything. You should at least read till chapter 8, which is the end of volume 1. By then you'll have at least have been introduced to Morgiana, the female lead and have been introduced to the main plot a bit more.

I don't know. The Big Three got me hooked in just 2 chaps(well one for Naruto and One Piece since Naruto's second chapter is rather weak but whatever). Future Diary, a series I didn't even particularly like, got me hooked in one chap. And then there is lolDeath Note.

I may pick it up again but I'm currently reading Deadman's Wonderland(which has ended so why not?) and this thing called Psycho Buster. And then I'll eventually have to finish D-Grayman.

Good chapters of both Naruto and OP. I give Naruto the nod.

I was bored by both. Not sure who I'd give the nod to.

But Naruto had the "homo-erotic moment of the week". Though yeah both chapters weren't great.

Didn't know you liked Deadman Wonderland Aura.

I literally started reading it.

It is without a doubt one of the most fun manga experiences I've had. The ending is a bit cheesy but **** it there should be some happiness for someone as badass as Ganta. The main character is usually never my outright favorite but this kid is awesome.

Can't help but feel the ending for Deadman Wonderland was rush but I still liked it. Finally somebody else has read it....now I'm happy.

Maybe I should watch it's lulzy dubded anime again.

Well he does grow a pair towards the end of the manga...and then immediately losses it.

That....that actually made me sad. Though I can't help but feel cheated on

I've heard comparisons between Yuki and Ganta...they are extremely similar but Ganta is like a million times better than Yuki.

And yeah where was she?

Edit: I also love how Maka and Black*Star get like...no acknowledgment for killing a god lol. Soul kinda did but not really for that.

Well the Birth of a new god trumps killing a demon god I guess. At least Maka got the last page to herself.

And considering her mom supposedly made "the best Death Sythe evar or some shit" you'd think Shinigami would ring her up.

Unless of course Maka's mom = Scar's real name

Black*Star was such a ****ing beast. He did get some acknowledgement for basically becoming a Bushin. Maka could have used some more credit though.

I'm just glad my favorite character wasn't killed off when he certainly could have been.
