Naruto was more okayish than good but yeah I wouldn't call it bad. It had some emotional moments(because Kushina's death is still sad and Minato feels understandably guilty) and shows how Naruto really does take one off statements and uses them to their full potential.
But One Piece was better because it was both funny, sad, and kind of uplifting. I really like Don Chinjao as a character and felt bad for his situation. And even though I initially didn't like the comical way Luffy seemed to fix everything, it did make me laugh and ultimately appreciate how even a semi funny antagonist like Don Chinjao can pose more of a threat than the mega serious Hody Jones.

look at nagato's chackra reservoir. you have magic dna and that's all that needs to be known to justify it
