Eh, I'll count the Cube since I counted Joker empowered by the Shaper, but Galactus doesn't count. He usurped considerable power but not on the same grade as Thanos or Joker.

No, Galactus doesn't. Galactus is powerful but not approaching Nigh Omnipotence, so stealing a portion of his power makes you considerably less than Nigh Omnipotent.
