Prove that he absorbed each blow by Thor to make himself stronger. Because the narration didn't say such things for each blow Thor gave mangog or for each blast Odin gave him. Also, the fact that Mangog is vulnerable on the inside disproves your point.

Damage from energy blasts has nothing to do with damage from punches. Energy blasts CAN contain burning energy, something punches don't have. A fire resistance comic outfit would be undamaged to fire type blasts yet be penetrated with ease by a bullet. A bulletproof vest could resist a bullet but be burned to hell by fire.

It was never stated when Thor was striking him. Also why didn't he absorb Thor's attack on the inside of him then?

He may have absorbed it. He was on his knees and Thor BFR'd him off a cliff and took off.

It shows that it is hate that mangog feeds off of. But that does not mean if the blow is powerful enough that damage won't be dealt first. But if damage is done then prehaps Mangog would be stronger for the next hit (depending on how quick it is delivered after the first). But the comic made it clear that Mangog was damaged when Thor attacked him from the inside. That proves that there exists a limit to how much force Mangog can resist at a time. But that doesn't mean he won't get stronger because he can and will if the opponent has much hate in the fight. Superman's only chance is to do as much damage as quickly as possible without hating too much. Prehaps attacking him on the inside as well will turn the tables.

But since Mangog likes to boast about it is hate that drives him then Superman would figure it out (he's super smart) and be completely calm with Mangog. This might turn the tables as it either may weaken Mangog or just prevent him from getting stronger.

From a new thought I give Mangog 7-8/10 against Superman.
