Flash is tops
Superman is second followed closely by Silver Surfer
Orion/Gladiator/Wonder Woman/Martian Manhunter
Thor/Nova/Beta Ray Bill
Quasar/Hal
You maybe able to change some of these around cause I don't know of too many speed feats for Orion, I know sometimes he seems to be portrayed as Superman's equal but I think when the chips are down Supes is going to be the faster of the two.

flash is in his own league.
i think reflexively speaking diana may top kal, or at the least is in his class.
after that i'd say ss based on feats but he should be at least equal to kal based on powerset.
then glads and jonnz. not sure why orion is listed so highly. what feats does he have that indicate he's as fast as diana? anyone?

This doesn't include her tying up Amazo who had Flash powers before he could react. Superman didn't even see her move.
This also doesn't include her deflecting numerous of Amazo heat vision and he was amped off of Superman AND Wonder Woman speed. Wonder Woman reflexes is far better.

Naah, I'm just posting randoms for right now. The first one want bullets though. My last comment was more on detail on why I think Wonder Woman reflexes is faster..she also shocked Superman when she blocked his heat vision during a grapple.

It was basically saying her muscle memory from her training allows her to not have to think before she makes a move, its basically second nature, but Superman compensates for this with his pure raw speed advantage. --It's not just in flying, but running, hand-speed, and perception speed too.
He has those advantages over Diana.
He has to think more when he throws a punch or kick as Diana basically says, but this is ok since his greater perception speed allows the gap to not be as big.

The last scan didn't work but the first scan had nothing to do with reflexes since they were flying. Wonder Woman has blocked heat vision from an empowered Amazo without even struggling. She has tied Amazo up before he or Superman even got the chance to see what was going on.
