Thanos Vs Asgard

Does Thanos have the mindset to capture Asgard if he wishes too? Hells yes he can if it is something that is worthy. Thanos is a universal threat. If he plots it, Asgard is going down.

wow people here are really downplaying thanos, he was able to match odin until odin pulled out his trident give the guy his respect

Thanos got his butt kicked in that fight.

after odin pulled out his trident until then odin was just slightly and i do mean slightly doing more damage to thanos than thanos to him

Thanos didn't do any damage to Odin, whereas Odin hurt Thanos bad enough that it took him several panels just to stand back up.

as i said all that happened after odin pulled out his trident, until then thanos was blasting odin as well and we could see it effected odin even if the damage wasnt major, until the trident they were matched with odin doing slightly more damage

and can you tell me how much time passed between each panel that it took for thanos to get up? for all that we know the panels were there just to make his get up more dramatic it could have been one motion slashed to panels like you see batman kick and they extend the kick movement to several panels just to put spotlight on the kick

But, if it is old-time "classic" Thanos, he would have a better chance, because he was written to have incredible planning and prep. Where more recently, they just tried to heap more and more power on him, which wouldn't help him in a frontal assault, imo.

But, the guy that put the Gauntlet together, yeah, he would have a good chance.

There have been a few enemies that have found their way to the throne.

I guess it would depend on the "prep." And, prep, for Thanos, from the feats of his distant past, can be pretty complex and effective.

Thanos is ALMOST as devious as Odin. And, that is saying a lot. 😄

But, "Power-House", bust-down-the-door Thanos probably can't do it.

Odin had the clear advantage the entire fight and Thanos did zero damage to Odin.

Are there other pages and panels in that book that just show somebody breathing also? Or, maybe somebody looking around?

Next week I am buying that new comic, called "Wolverine Watching tv". Pages and pages of panels depicting his every move as he sits in front of the tv, in minute detail, with farting and everything!

I heard the "Farting" scene takes up 5 pages and 72 panels of awesome artwork! 😛

Dude, it wasn't an "Action Scene"! He went from his knees to his feet.

no he didnt , yes thanos did effect odin
