Would Sabotage help? I guess that would be more if I wanted to turn the information into a bomb.

Too bad my lawyer can't help. How's his Law skill? Compared to Jelena (who has a 1).

Couldn't the up-and-up way be just going and talking to whoever is currently in charge of Lennah's company?
Seems like we could make a pretty good case without having to be threatening. Their company is in shakeup, we just discovered their CEO (or whatever) has been dead for 10 years. We could just say, "Hey, your long dead CEO was messing with some random Sith stuff. We'd like to check it out. Can you help?"

You may recall that no-one is currently in charge- they all thought Lennah was; his instructions were in fact computer-generated as arranged by Adelmo. They remain paralysed by his last given legal instructions to do, basically, nothing.

The board members would quickly pick a new CEO, in fear of confidence in their company or their stock value dropping, no?

Can we go to the board members and explain to them our situation. Go for Jedi Intimidation, more of the "Your boss was rummaging through Sith artifcats, give us access to Lennah's tech or there will be some consequences."

I think what Ush is saying is that will take way too long to go through the company. If Lennah legally bound them to do nothing, their hands are tied for the time being. We can't threaten them without legal repercussions ourselves.

It's not actually illegal to find ancient artefacts. It's not as if Lennah created the war droids. It would take you a long time indeed to prove that Lennah was threatening public safety (which, to be fair here, you don't actually know if he was doing yet- you don;t know what the SNK does and the only dead body you've found is Lennah himself, and by some definitions he's not even dead).

Do we have to go through his company to see if Lennah designed anything to read the data? He could have tried to keep it separate from the rest of his company, he did do a similar thing with his secret hideaway. What actually happens to Lennah's personal belongings now since he had no next of kin?

I'm going to veto breaking in anywhere. Wouldn't be a smart move and would slow us way down if caught. We'll do it the official Jedi way and figure it out.

I'm still here, I'm just not sure where or how to bring up some interactions of my own. We can attribute it to Aurel just recuperating, I guess?

We're all in the hospital right now Aurel. We're trying to work out a way to quickly decipher the data we obtained from the Sith Base.

Pretty much you can just shoot out ideas or questions to Ush about how we can go about it.

It's totally fine for you to just jump right in. You were in the combat in the base so it's just assumed you were shot down and taken to the hospital to heal with the rest of us.

Perhaps we don't need his company, maybe we just need him. With lennah being dead who gets his collection of sith stuff? Maybe we can find answers in his personal collection.

That'll be tied up for months at the minimum- no-one even knows where it is, let alone who now owns it. It sure as heck isn't on Coruscant so local laws would come in first.

I think what this comes down to is- are you going to try and decrypt the info herer with the best you can, or are you going back to Coruscant and spend time at the temple?

If we were to decrypt the info here, what skills would come into play?
Because it would save us a bunch of time, which we are short of, if we can stay here and do it ourselves without going back.

We've already spent a lot of time at the hospital, I think we do not have the time to make a trip to the Temple as well.

I'm with trying to get the info as best we can here. Maybe see if there's some form of government assistance we can get, access to fancy computer labs or the like.

That being said I would like to update the Council on our mission status as soon as we have the data deciphered, maybe even send a copy of the data to them as well. Perhaps they can do something more with it once we are done.

I'm with Roan, I want to try to just working it out on our own to save time.

I don't think I would be of much use in this case. My knowledge is primarily combat-centric. Would it be possible to make a copy of the enrypted information? If so, perhaps Aurel could make the journey to Coruscant while more tech-savvy Jedi can work on deciphering it.

Agree with working it out here. We have several with computer and language skills. Let's get it done now instead of trekking all the way back to the Temple. We've already sacrificed some healing to save time, let's not wase it traveling now.

Yeah, let's save time. We've got plenty of capable techies.

If Rast can help he will.

Gallagher will also spend some time pondering his vision. Before embarking on this quest, before they even met with Alik Saar, he saw scraps and pieces of the possible future that lay before them. He muses that the location of the other piece of the Scrolls of Bandomino may be guarded, and maybe has been for some time, considering Darth Kazan never recovered them.
