USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE VI (LIGHT SIDE)- Missing Links

I think using the Force in a fashion similar to Gallagher will be best for Master Vera-Kin. She will close her eyes and open herself up to the Force, calling on years of experience rather than sheer power like the young acolyte.

"Watch over me," Vera-Kin says to Xeth and Wentar. "I will find what we seek. If you catch something before I do, please inform me. And don't let me get eaten or stung by anything in this swamp..."

Vera-Kin will try to feel the environment, seeing where it has been damaged by anything Lennah may be doing by living here. Sentient beings rarely live anywhere without impacting their surroundings, especially someone well versed with technology.

Xeth will have his sonic blaster out and stay close to Vera and Wentar. He decides it is probably more gentle than swinging his grenade launcher about in the swamp.

Can R3 come with us, Ush? He might be some use with scanning our way through the swamp, instead of just counting on the Force to guide us.

Well, he'll beep unhappily about it...

"I am Jelena Bendu," Jelena introduces herself. "If Xeth's groupings are right, you are pretty handy with a pistol. Did you train at the Jedi Temple?"

"For a bit," Rast says. "And yes I am."

Rast usually does not talk much. Even though he's good, he's quiet.

I've got one dot in Survival. So that would be my best bet.

Wentar keeps his lightsaber in hand. "You can count on me to watch your back Master Vera."

When Xeth suggests bringing R3, Wentar will caution against it. "This guy apparently hates droids. We're already showing up on his doorstep unannounced, I don't really want to antagonize him any further."

Good news for team Renegade! Both me and Vera have quietening so freaked out wildlife is easily dealt with.

Who ever Denzral goes with he will keep an eye out for threats.

Well, perhaps the R3 will lure him out of hiding then 😛

Hah. Xeth will leave R3 on the ship then. Don't want to piss Lennah off with that, or have my astromech eaten.

(Nah, you're in good hands. Gallagher so Force sensitive he could probably sense a bug thinking about stinging him. And the only Jedi who get seriously harmed fighting alongside the saber-happy Andro, is Andro.) 😄

Well, with such a spread of different methods and a competent skill set, this one went rather well!

You have been narrowing down this area that the wildlife seems to be staying away from. This area appears unremarkable... but before long, most of you are intuitively feeling that this very unreasonableness is significant. This is a deception.

Deception as in the wildlife repelling device is intentionally set up to send us off on a wild goose chase or that the area is made so unremarkable that people don't give it any further scrutiny to help disguise his hiding place?

Closer to the latter, but still slightly off the mark. The 'unremarkableness' is in itself deceiving. It is untrue.

You mean... this part of the swamp is not natural? As in man made? If the answer is yes I'm getting a bad feeling...

Well the swamp itself must be natural enough.

Okay... Humor my paranoia here, but there's no chance that there's some secret underground base and the swamp lands just been grown over it? Sort of like what we ran into when rescuing Xeth, Vera and a few other renegades from the Feds.
