This thread is going to be closed soon if people don't stop going off-topic. You want to argue that WBH without the gem can beat the JLA? Do it in another thread, as this isn't the one for it.

Either way, thread will probably be closed soon (anyway). Hulk has a couple of unfair advantages, and while I don't see it being a stomp, it is weighed in his favour.

Are you kidding me? I'm waiting for anyone on the Hulk side to tell me why one second after the bell rings WBH raises his arms for a thunderclap.

If that's the case, then the JLA side (1 picto second after the bell rings) go all out speed blitz on the Hulk immediately. He wouldn't even have time to raise his arms 1/100th of the way to a thunderclap before the Flash has vibrated his brain out of his head, Superman has hit him with 1,000 punches that can shatter a planet (oh, guess what, ONE PLANET BUSTER KO-ed the legendary WBH!), etc. Wonder Woman can use a godwave on the Hulk.

And again, Hal's shields have been lowballed to epic proportions here. I could go through all the things they have contained, but I'm sure reasonable people here know what I'm talking about.

But if you think one thunderclap is going to bust through his strongest shield with all his willpower (hey, if Hulk opens with a Thunderclap, Hal opens with that) AND THEN AFTER BUSTING THE SHIELD, that same shockwave one shot kills everyone in JLA, you're simply on crack.

Yes, I realize he has the power gem, and if it EVER did what people THINK it should do in an actual comic book, then I'd be inclined to agree that this would be a stomp. Thor took on Drax one on one and arguably won when Drax (who is roughly equivalent to savage Hulk IMO) had the gem. Thanos took on (I didn't say beat) Thor who had the gem. I would think Thor could harnass it's power pretty well. Rulk got beat down by the gem too, but he wasn't THAT BAD. Not like everyone here who thinks the ENTIRE JLA is going to be turned to paste after one thunderclap that's going to happen 1 second after the fight starts, when Superman has survived SO MUCH MORE.

That's not even taking into consideration the MMH who will be telepathically coordinating this battle faster than the Hulk can think or react. And who can turn intangible, and is a more powerful telepath than most the Hulk has faced. And who would know about the gem, and mentally direct the Flash to grab it (of course the MMH is fast enough to grab it himself).

Hell, the Hulk should hope Superman (who also has FAR faster combat reflexes than anyone the Hulk has ever faced) doesn't get the gem. Because we're not even considering what happens if one of DC's speedsters gets the gem. Now you have Superman with the power gem, and the JLA against the Hulk.

And that's ignoring the Red Tornado, and everyone else on the JLA team. This thread is a joke, but not the way people think.
