No, I put it in quotes to refer, specifically, to Florida's law.
What I said was correct about the law as it pertained to this case. That's what his lawyers are or will use in his defense on this case.

[My comments my seem unrelated to what you're saying above, but bear with me.]
Oh man, I just read what you're talking about (I do not watch TV nor do I read news often...so I did not know about the release of the medical records).
That changes my opinion of this case.
What Zimmerman was saying is being supported by the medical evidence. The boy had no injuries except for broken skin on his knuckles.

you do realize this information is already part of the public record? sorry for researching the points I want to make, /shrug
Indeed. The last I had read/heard was that the medical records were yet to be released. To me, it seemed like you were making strange conclusions that had no base in the real world. I apologize.

maybe I should come up with unrelated hypotheticals that are entirely irrelevant, then I can be part of the bro crew!
Like what? I am not privy to this obvious "inside-joke" comment you are making.

Clearly this is how Zimmerman sustained his wounds, after he shot Martin.
Indeed: punches for children tickle. 😄

Passive-aggressive butthurt smells good. 🙂

and again this story of Zimmermans is yet to be shown to be false. with todays technology (bullet trajectory, blood splatter analise, gun power residue) the fact that it hasnt been refuted says something
Those are good points but we will not know how the foresnics work into the case until they are presented in court....
unless those were released, already, as well? 😐

there was no forensic investigation. man you're not all here are you?
How do you know this? It just doesn't seem right, at all, that no "forensic investigation" has been done.
