Actually, the Thor and Captain Marvel fight was one of the fights that wasn't fan voted. As far as battles go, it was kind of short but somewhat accurate, they were physical peers but Mjolnir and Thor's dominion over lightning gave him the edge. The only parts that stood out for me as silly was the way Namor was taken out and Storm blocking Diana's kick. I don't really care about Logan beating Lobo (Worst things have happened to the Main Man), Spider-Man beat Superboy in a believable manner from what I remember and Diana while resistant, could be taken out by lightning under some IIRC. My favorite fight was Superman vs. the Hulk.
That being said, half the fights were fan voted so that influenced the direction the writers could take, which is something worth noting and important to consider before using them as any sort of evidence. They're also crossovers, meaning they aren't conclusive.
The reverting captian marvel back to billy was retarded. IN the end i think thor would have eventually won, but the crossover fight betweem the 2 of them ended stupid. There was no way D.C was going to let thor knock out cap so he was BFR'd...........i hate the magical lighting reverting him back to billy bullshit myself.

Thor can strike with more power with the hammer (with slams). But WW can strike harder with her fists and feet than Thor can with his fist. As far as feats I would say WW is at least a little stronger. According to portrayal she is stronger than Hercules. So if D.C. hercules is marvel's equivalent in strength (since writer's write for both companies and probably would agree) then by connection WW should be stronger than Thor too.

ABC logic works when it comes to strength only. But fails when it comes to combat (since combat is very complex where many things can happen to change the fight).
If Bor shown he was as strong as Odin force Thor then it's clear that he is stronger than Namor.

Wonder Girl knocked the wind out of Hercules and he was owned by the Female Furies. I wouldn't say both companies portray his strength anywhere near similar.
