Even if Odin stop because he was wrong it does not means thanos was not defeated it just means Odin did not finish the already defeated thanos quanchi

If no one won the fight and it ends that means there wasn't a winner.

According to the comic, The fight ended with Odin standing over Thanos.

That's not when the fight ended. Odin was going to continue the fight until they intervened then at that point the fight ended. Laughs.
