What he doesn't get is that alot of people hate this film because fox made it for all the wrong reasons. The awful casting choices, and source material changes are just extra shit to add to the hate.

Reed Richards and Ben are friends, Reed ends up building what he thinks will be a breakthrough dimensional teleporter in the store-house for Ben's car repair shop, him amassing all the materials needed is what triggers the government involving him. He gets recruited but stays friends with Ben, however he feels like he's not wanted at the building. Sue is cold at first but after he proves himself and the General disapproves she starts to fall for him. He is on friendly terms at first with Doomashev but gradually becomes icy after him and Sue start to swing. Johnny has no real genius power aside from a love of fast cars and is the general's son. Doom builds the computer that runs Reed's calculations and channel the energies in the exact frequency needed to open the portal, Reed insists Ben comes along as he made him a promise when he first built it he would, everyone is prepped and they suit up, go to the parallel dimension and then things fall apart; Doom is assumed lost, and the four barely make it back to the pods. When the pods arrive they're immediately examined Johnny is on fire, Ben is a pile of rock, sue is transparent, and Reed is warped like he's lensed. They're examine and there's a lot of muh feelings moments, they test their powers, etc but Reed feels like they're essentially disabled that they're no more than mutants (sept) freaks (jan) as they're testing their powers and being emotional, Ben awakens and essentially has the mind of a child at first almost Hulk like but gradually becomes stronger after remembering his home and gets even more "muh freakish" and emotional; it's a pitty party all around. Johnny wonders if he can get a handicap sticker for his Porsche (Jan)
Doom shows up and shuts NYC down, the four are sent to stop them as the government is now wanting to use them as a strike team against mutants (sept.) because Johnny thinks they can be heroes and they're not just freaks but people with powers for a reason. Doom shows up and whomps ass on the Four, except for Sue he does little to her, she traps him in a bubble and Ben knocks him out cold.
Doom tells General Storm that he will only talk to Reed (he never calls him Richards, it's always just Reed) and tells him that the answer to their powers is coming, the teleporter starts to reactivate and General Storm activates the Lumpkin Protocol of destroying the first 10 secret floors of the Baxter when he realizes that it's Doom controlling the machine. When the machine activates a portal opens and a wave of bugs come flying out and the four fight them off, the Baxter explodes but the portal is still open so they go back to Reed's original teleporter Reed figures the only way to close a door is from the other side. So they use his original machine in Ben's garage to open a portal to the shadow dimension, they destroy Nih-il-US' portal and fight him; Reed's power being stronger in a world where gravity is stronger than electromagnetism, Sue contains him, Reed creates a black hole and Johnny pushes him through while Ben fights back the bugs. They return home, the Government starts to rebuild the Baxter Building and appoint Reed as head, he says that knowing what's out there the four despite their handicaps will be there and the Baxter Building will be the foundation of the future. (sept.) will be there to meet any threat that faces it (Jan.) Doom shows up in a stinger in a warehouse that's much like the free state and examines the crystal although in sept. he was working on Doombots.Don't want to say too much about how I have these nor can I actually post them without giving away proof. I worked on pre-viz artwork based on these and decided that I'd just post some random things because no really noticed. The scripts themselves are watermarked beyond hell with the company name and each has a specific number assigned so there's no way in hell I'm posting anything. The only think I can say without giving it away is that I work for a company that Trank specifically chose and that he's been a headache for us, we use cloud rendering to do motion capture and rendering, and we've worked on several other films but he expected us to push high quality stuff when really we've been 3rd or 4th in line for most of the stuff we do and focus more on digian and game rendering. Things are constantly changing, I'm not working on that anymore so I only have these.
some minor points of contention that I do know about:
-Trank wants the Thing to be big, we tried to stay consistent in size, but he will randomly send notes saying "he has to be bigger here."
so his size is more or less dependent from one scene to the next.
-The thing is naked, he has a but, but no rocks on the front to express genitals. He does wear shorts near the end when Reed gives his hero save the day speech.

Josh.T: "That's essentially correct, but what's spending a few million dollars to make something people will forget in a few years compared to never being able to get the property back? At the end of the day that's how Fox sees it. Miller sees it as a way to have a job he's always wanted and Kinsberg is creepily obsessed with maintaining his comic toybox
We aren't getting a Deadpool movie because FOX believes in it we're getting a deadpool movie because it counts as an x-men film and the rights extend that much longer if the movies are good that's good but if the movies are bad they don't care they losing a few hundred million on something that is priceless.

Josh T: "honestly Zak is good when he has an outline to work with and he has great ideas I know he's more experienced than me but something about man of steel just got to me i liked suckerpunch for the visual and i think watchmen was as close as youll ever get and 300 was frank come to life and cant forget Dawn of the Dead which was great well with man of steel though i dont know it just felt depressing if theres something you shouldnt do its make a depressing superman movie even the colors were depressing it was an interesting take but i dont want to leave a superman film feeling depressed theres enough depressing movies out there you can change all you want about the character but the one thing you should change is tone of the stories and superman just hes a man powered by the sun seeing him you should be like completely you should almost feel walking out of the theater like you just spend the best day in the middle of july you should feel radiated"
