All you need to know is that, Thor surviving the fall without much if any damage is somehow proof that hitting the ground would have killed him.

He better be, with the cost of CGI and only 15 minutes of footage. 😛

Head to head, Hulk looked stronger, but only by a little bit. And Thor wasn't calling up storms like he did in his movie, nor flying at Hulk with lethal force.

Which makes it more or less like a comic book fight, with Thor fighting Hulk on his level and struggling.
