The spell didn't cause Mjolnir to seek out Superman nor did it cry out to be used by Superman in a time of great need. Thor threw it at Superman with the intention of him using it due to being temporarily bogged down by an assortment of villains. Thor didn't place the enchantment on Mjolnir - no one said that he did as anyone with any common sense knows Odin did - but he was the one directly handed his weapon to Superman. There was no allusion made whatsoever that Thor "sensed that Superman was a noble spirit" and basically assumed that this relative stranger would be worthy enough to lift Mjolnir. It was Thor himself who more or less gave Superman the hammer.Your entire argument was centered around Superman being worthy on his own and the fact that because he palmed Mjolnir, it also lent credence to his being worthy which is something I see you quickly abandoned, hopefully upon realizing how ridiculous such a stance is. Now, you're arguing that Superman is worthy....even though it was under specific circumstances and he was allowed to overcome the enchantment.
If Superman was really worthy, there would have been no issue with him lifting the hammer, whether or not Thor approved. Fact of the matter is he required Thor's help to do so.
Again black and white
Thor says
"Enchantment, placed by my father blabla" "Stern but not stupid."
A very FEW WORHTIES have been allowed to overcome the spell, in DESPERATE hours"
So the spell from Odin prevents not worthy people to lift it. Check.
Who is allowed to overcome this enchantment is decided by that Spell. Check.
Per Thor there were only Few Worthies and Superman is/was one of them. So NO, not everyone could have done it.
The desperate hour doesn't negates the fact that still you have to be one of the few worthy.
It isn't hard to understand, even if you are an Superman hater or a Thor fan with hurt feelings.
I don't give a damn about your speculations that Thor disabled the enchantment with his cry and throw, it's ridiculous and stupid, when he later explains everything what happend and that superman is/was worthy.
If it would be as you say, if your wishful Thorbubble would be true then Thor wouldn't have said what he did but something like this "I allowed you to use the Hammer, that's why you could wield it". He doesn't he tells about the few worthy, odisn spell and desperate hours. Get over it. Superman during this point wasn't a stranger anymore, read the comics again.
My entire argument was centered around thre things, you focused on the one disagreeing most, not you cling to it to deflect, that Thor himself said that Superman is one of the few Worthy, when there is need. Nice try.
Thor doesn't approved shit here. He told us why Supes lifted it. You can keep your delusions but I prefer Thors own words.

Garbage. Eric Masterson is worthy. As is Cap. They both carried it while out of battle. You do not question the worthiness of Eric Worthy Masterson. crackers
I question Cap all the time. No one can be that selfless and noble while being so ignorant. 😕

Yep.
Unless these events where mentioned somewhere in marvel.

And guess where superman ripped off the ability to fly from 😛
Give ya a hint his initials ar CM.
Anyhow back on topic. Supes , captian marvel, and diana under the right situation could do it.

Pretty much.I never understood why people think Diana is a hypocrite or overly preachy; having ready hundreds upon hundreds of WW comics, I never got that impression, not as a whole and definitely not on the average. And Superman's boyscout schtick is also exaggerated, as well. He's a good guy, but for the past couple of decades, he's never hesitated to show someone what's what.
It's probably because some authors make Circe's primary motivation for her Diana envy related to the hypocrisy of preaching peace and actually being a blood soaked warrior. Plus, whereas most heroes do the cliched "there has to be another way" thing whenever having to choose between wiping out and pacifying a threat, Diana tends to skip the bullshit and snap necks for the greater good.

Whiz Comics #2 (Millenium print)
_
WC #3
WC #4
There was no usage of the word "fly" during his early years. Instead, "leap" was the ability used.
FYI cap started flying in Whiz comics 5.

Eric Masterson always beats himself up. He was a perpetual self-doubter. Beta Ray Bill, Dargo and Thor himself consistently reinforce how much of a warrior and a hero Eric Masterson was.
I'm taking how he was portrayed and everybody else's statements about him over his own emo lamentation guesswork. uhuh
Eric's so worthy, his left fist is named Worthy and his right fist is named Worthier.

Let me rephrase this for You Quan
"There's nothing to lead me to believe he can. You can really want him to be able to but he can't There's nothing to lead me to believe he could. I have an avie dedicated to Superman failing to lift it. (This is irrelevant) I guess his dials don't go up that high"
I think it feels less biased.
Oh and yes I agree his dials don't go up that high, They only go up to ELEVEN! 😛

Iron Man tried to lift it in the upper atmosphere on the exterior hull of the ship. He was stuck. Lifting the ship wouldn't be lifting Mjolnir. It'd be lifting the ship. Lifting Mjolnir is about separating it from the surface of the plane it rests against.Technicalities don't change that.
So lifting the mallet with the plane attached to the mallet does not counts as lifting it? Weird I thought it will count, maybe is my poor English.
