Which is better: Avengers or The Dark Knight?

Nolan made Batman obsolete in his own movie.

I wouldn't go that far.

Why am I the only one that's questioning the fact & logic behind Pitt asking Ledger for advice?
I mean how "recent" is this interview considering Ledger died 5 years ago?

Fight Club 1999

Batman Begins 2005
The Dark Knight 2008

So Brad Pitt hops in a time machine & travels from 1999 to 2008 to ask Ledger advice on maniacal laughter?

Furthermore you're kinda implying that Ledger knew 9 years in advance that he would one day be casted as The Joker by Nolan.

🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄

...you clearly have it backwards. It looks like Ledger got inspiration from Pitt.

Lord Lucien is making fun of that situation.

I'll put it a different way: you've assumed incorrectly about the entire situation. What you were supposed to say was, "lol, nice catch. Looks like Ledger got some inspiration from Tyler Durden."

Yeah I just get pedantic when I'm bored.

Lol, once again deflecting to the Sookie garbage which has nothing to do with you flip-flopping once post after another, claiming it's a subjective opinion first and then that things are not subjective in your eyes later.
What turned about to be subjective later turned into an objective fact when your misinterpretation disease kicked up again.

That's my view on the Nolan films. With the exception of TDK: R they're all decent films, but pretty poor Batman films. Marvel's films lack substance but they've been damn good at translating the characters from the comics onto the big screen.

What are your thoughts on Burton's Batman?

They f*cking suck because Heath Ledger wasn't in them.

This garbage "subjective turned objective turned quanjective" point clearly has nothing to do with you trollishly proclaiming TDK as the worse of the 3, then claiming it to be your personal opinion, and then backhandedly declaring it as an objective fact by claiming that things aren't always subjective.

Batman begins was the best. Hands down. Third one was the second best. Dark knight was boring. Get over it.

🤣

I like both movies, but for me,
Dark Knight>The Avengers>>The Dark Knight Rises

That's probably how I would rate them, too.

Ditto.

I don't think anyone can seriously say that Nicholson's performance was superior in terms of pure acting, but that's imo.

That said, he played the kind of Joker that I prefer (and, imo did an excellent job), which is why I like his performance more.

I never declared that as an objective fact. Get your head out of your ass.

Weird opinion.

It might be a weird opinion doesn't mean you have to poke fun at him.

I did not. Quit being sensitive.

Your previous posts disagree with you. I am just shivering in anticipation of the next hilariously self-humiliating flip-flop post that you pen down.

Weird opinion.

It's the majority opinion according to the poll here as well as IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes.

Heck even at the box office if you account for Inflation and 3d Ticket Sales, you'll probably find more people saw TDK than Avengers.

So if anyone's opinion is weird, it's yours.
