'Cause in the DH4.0 he onscreen clearly sparked that ninjachick out, (IE: Was 1st to the KO by MVF rules) and could have stamped on her throat or shot her or anything he liked, before she recovered and continued a McButthurt crusade that cost her her life.....
She clearly would have killed a Tonyless Bauer too.
(As Bauer isnt fast enough and lacks McEndurance and resiliance, and is a non-qulaifying-for-MVF ass TV character who is part of an ensemble and cannot function very well or survive long without his constant personalised ass saving service)
