The flash kick is invincible the first few frames of animation, fireballs will even go through him like a ghost within these frames. TOAA can't even stop Guile within the first frames of the flashkick. 😱

Yeah Bison was the bomb in that movie.

And Guile wins in a no prep street fight. The Udon characters had massive collateral damage with their moves. Though I can't remember Guile doing any crazy ones. I remember Charlie slicing a cliff in half though with a summersault kick.
