Ultron War

Started by the Darkone17 pages

Bendis needs to stop doing major events, the Ultron War seems a wasted of potential, continuity is out the door as quick as a hiccup; portrayals are ridiculous, like Luke Cage survives a nuke but she hulk gets shot in the head, really Bendis.

Thank God for Hickman is on Avengers and Rick Redeemer, they have revitalize the Avengers in a major way.

Is this event even worth reading? I read the first lackluster issue, but haven't read any since.

yeah, I wouldn't buy it, but give it a read. Its decent. Despite very little Ultron at the moment.

I'm curious how the Neil Gaiman/formerly Spawn supporting character, Angela will fit in to this. Based off a report made a few weeks ago, since Marvel's gotten the rights to the character, she will make her first appearance by the conclusion of this event.

Its Bendis and his cheap decompression, lot's of exposition, lack of action, etc.

If I wasn't the guy who takes care of Ultron showings I wouldn't be reading the book at all.

How did Marvel get the rights to one single Spawn character?

Gaiman won the rights to her over McFarlane and is able to use her wherever he chooses and chose Marvel.

Interesting issue. The lineup sent to the future felt so wrong though. Cap, Ironman, and the last member of the big three: Red Hulk. -__-

YouTube video

This got me pretty well pumped 👆

Antonidas does some seriously good vids.

That's really weird to me. Like Vertigo winning the rights to Mary Jane and nobody else

Yeah, but evidently they ruled that Gaiman had a higher percentage in the creative process regarding the character and thats why he got to claim her. Its really not that out of place if you think about it.

Issue #6...holy crap lol.

What happened?

Spoiler:
Cap's squad was blown to bits. Cap's head shot clean off his body, but right at that moment Wolverine kills Hank Pym right at the moment where the idea for Ultron is created. So now Wolvie and Sue are going to go back to some new whacked out "616" present time.

lmao

Bendis

I am not even sure whether that makes any sense. I would have yawned had this been any other character, but Ultron is supposed to be Bendis' pet for crying out loud.

This went sour pretty fast if you ask me.

Looking foward to Kang doing stuff on Uncanny Avengers, wake me up when that happens 😛
