Well for the record I do actually personally know George and worked on those very films... imo in interviews, and other press/media stuff Geroge doesn't really feel the need to be that exact or precise with what he is saying and would never really expect it to be taken that way. He doesn't even remember a lot of the random stuff he says, that is why he even uses the Lucas Holocron to access even G-Canon related information hat he is not that familair with when coming up with enw dieas/stories. And as said he doesn't even pay attention to most EU and would have no intention on making binding statements that apply to all those other people's input into the franchise.

Bane did not beat Kas'im, he had to resort to using the Force to drop a temple on him. Zannah was stated to be weaker with a lightsaber, she was more known for her Force mastery and Sith sorcery.
Raskta Lsu is an impressive feat, but not enough to put Bane ahead of Sidious.

Given that he can conjure one with mere thought and inclination per The Essential Guide to the Force, it stands to reason he could do so here and with great effect. Rend space, shove Bane through, he wins.
Sexier ignoring how good the Jedi were as I'm not totally against the Jedi of that era being the besat they ever were, would you really compare the likes of Yoda, Mace Windu, Dooku, RotS Sidious, pre-Mortis Jin, Maul etc. to the people we get in the EU like TSA, Exar Kun and Bane, let alone Nihilus and Abeloth?

I agree but it looked like Nick (Nick Gillard = Cin Drallig = Battlemaster) was saying he is not allowed to use it.

He beat him in Part A of their duel, lost in Part B. Still extremely impressive.

She was still incredibly powerful which we know usually creates impressive lightsaber users.

With effects of Battle Meditation, Raskta Lsu would have been well ahead of the lieks of Yoda/Sidious etc.. considering she was like the best lightsaber user in the thousand year Jedi-Sith war. She has better speed feats then either of them anyway.

But that is only in the EU which "up-scales" what they can do in the comcis and cartoons for example to make it more visually interesting. In the movies which is the only things that are G-Canon they push themselves to their limits by lifting stuff like boulders and hovercrafts. Sidious had to jump out of way to avoid spinning saucer from Yoda in RotS for example.
Kun's senate freezing trick and amulet blasts puts him above Movie era force users, easy. Nihilus is absolute Force God...

It is certainly very impressive, however Bane was losing the overall duel until he had to desperately use the Force.

Both Yoda and Sidious were known to use BM, besides BM helps others in battle, it does not empower the user.
