At Starlin and the Thanos graphic novel.
I'm conflicted though. On one hand, Starlin is pretty much parodying himself at this point and I find it pretty hilarious. Just the sheer and blatant fanboyism is going to be ridiculous to the point it's fun. On the other, we're probably missing out on what potentially could be a good cosmic story which is a rarity nowadays in favor of what Starlin and Quan consider pornography. Which kind of pisses me off.
I don't want to be too critical as comics are meant to be fun and if it was a Thor story (Or insert fanboy favorite), I'd love it (If you're reading this Starlin, please make Thor and all Asgard related material look good), but I just think for something of this nature, people just deserve better. It speaks poorly of the industry that Thanos and Warlock making everyone look idiotic in a Universal crisis is considered fresh by some.
Meh, I'm over thinking it. Anyways, yea, I'm conflicted.
I might be the only Thanos fan who isn't a Starlin fan.
I personally don't see him writing up Thanos's power level like everyone else sees. It's mostly an intelligence thing with Starlin. His Thanos is the most intelligent being in the multiverse until Warlock starts shaking his wiener about
Although, I hope he does Thanosi the Bendis showings. It was just not Thanos, at all in any possible way. Though I hope he leaves everything else untouched seeing as Annihilation directly followed his series, and Imperative followed that Thanos. He liked Rising so that stands to reason that he liked Infinity, and him shoehorning in the Order seems that he won't retcon that.
It also wouldn't make sense for either Annihilation or Imperative to be Thanosi considering their connections with Death.
And the way we were seeing Classic Drax in the same page as current Drax has me worried considering it's like Thanos is seeing that as he's never seen current Drax before.
Anyway, I remain curious. It seems he's going to feat whore Thanos considering he seems to beat the whole Annihilators which is swell for the Carvers and H1's. However you never know if he'll get an artifact or not to do this. Meh. But I do like seeing Eternity, Infinity, LT. And Starlin has been pretty respectful of LT so it might be a good sign.
My hopes are that Thanos does not get some sort of ultimate power. And Warlock/Thanos work together to get the Abstracts on their side against some likely uber power (because what else could accomplish this if Thanos doesn't get an artifact?). Quite frankly, I'd like to see LT straight up kick the shit out of something.
And Warlock working with Thanos seems to indicate no artifact. But then again, universal change and Abstracts...
But maybe the Abstracts only appear to ask Warlock to stop some guy from using some uber device, and then he goes to pal around with Thanos asking for help.
Although with Starlin it should still be different than the usual story while still being a Starlin story. Interesting but not the greatest.
I do love me some graphic novels though

The story concludes with a major change in Thanos' status within the Marvel Universe, turning him into a greater threat than ever before.”
Considering that Starlin also wrote 'The End', does this imply that whatever power Thanos gains in the upcoming series>THOTI?
If so, it's an even bigger lol @ Starlin.

Even weirder in that this will have take place before Infinity, with it ending how it did. So clearly whatever it is wore off by Infinity.
Also, does anyone reckon that Starlin will explain how Warlock is alive or just ignore the fact he died?
