That and he somehow came to the conclusion that fight training is the only way to develop reaction speed and timing.
The way I see it. Ozy caught a single bullet from a revolver which might max out around 1200-1400 fps. Thats impressive and I'm not taking away from the feat.
However, to say that it's as impressive or moreso as dodging automatic weapons fire, which can be anywhere up to 2,800, even 5,000 fps is wrong.
Also, I guarantee Ozy wouldn't have caught all 6 rounds. Whereas Panther and other high end fighters have dodged machine gun rounds at close range. Even bullet deflection back at the source is much more impressive as you have to catch the bullet on the blade, move the blade just right, and calculate the angle of trajectory sending it back, all within that split second time frame.
Catching a bullet requires more than speed. It requires reflexes and perfect technique to absorb the bullet. The problem is that some are falsely thinking that the requirements are just speed. Even with speed the bullet will still pass through your hands.
This ability is a byproduct of having great fighting skill. Is it possible for a pure human to catch a bullet and them not knowing how to fight? If you say yes, then name some circumstances that can lead to acquiring that ability.
NO human can do such things without being an exceptional fighter. If you disagree then give examples of pure humans that can do such things without being exceptional fighters.
Ozy beats BP handily in street clothes. Catching a bullet proves it, beating the two supports it.
