Yes, but due to the lady's speed, I don't have to perform them at top speed - maybe think more tai chi, but crucially, at the speeds tai chi is practiced in the park.
I then take photographs of me at every stage of my old lady trouncing. So that at any one point in time, I have picture perfect posture, style, etc. My technique in the picture is flawless.
And then, Manny returns home, to find me standing over his mother's body.

Yup and I'll prove it.
With the bullet catching feat Ozy proved that he has the necessary speed and timing to respond to BP's attacks.
With the schooling he proved he has a high degree of accuracy, smooth dodging abilities, and extra sensory abilities to counter attacks he can't even see.

You don't understand, posture/style doesn't prove anything. You have to do incredible movements (like block the ladies attack perfectly from behind and hit the lady with a Frisbee dead smack on the nose from a distance while at the same time dodging the ladies laser with smoothness.)

The bullet feat gives speed fast as or faster than any A list fighter. It also gives reactions and durability to at least their level.
Second, the ability to throw something with deadly accuracy and at the same time dodge a light speed attack with smoothness is priceless.
Finally, not even hand ninjas have spider sense where they can block attacks without looking.

I do see your point, I do. IYO, Ozy has the means, and the method to do what is needed - skills PLUS speed. Problem is, whilst he may have the speed, we all doubt he has the skills to do so. Because he was only tested by a brawler and a washed up has been.

Blocking an attack from a Z list fighter isn't the same as blocking an attack from someone like Black Panther.

and when he blocked the laser, night owl basically warned ozzy and he already had the platter in his hand, in front of his torso and was turning before night owl fired. not really as amazing as ur trying to make it seem. And him hitting night owl in the face with it from 5 feet away is hardly comparable to Caps shield throws, its closer to a 9 year old with a frisbee. and he didnt do both at the same time, he blocked the laser, then threw the platter. two seperate actions,
