none of this reforming stuff is relevant--namor CAN be ko'd as the avengers showed, so.....who cares? i'll still take prime. i simply don't see that group of avengers taking prime out.

Again , it was Scarlet Witch , the plot based kryptonite of the P5 , who did the KOing(and ended up unconscious herself as a result) . Does Prime have hex fields , which can amp off the Phoenix Force , while he is in the presence of at least one member of the P5 ?

Once Namor started amping up the Avengers were completely outmatched and he was only stopped by Wandas hex magic. No selling sucker hammer shots from Thor and one shotting him, snapping Rulk's arm with like 2 fingers are great feats, PF Namor is being underrated.
