funny how these yearly plagues of various ballot errors always end up favoring republicans.

Put the tin-foil hat away: more than likely, the person that made the video is trying to create some "dastardly" news for a broken voting machine.
No problem to see here, really. Out of the tens of thousands of machines out there, it should be no surprise that more are not broken and more videos like these are not showing up on the net. That's because they are tested quite a bit in most locations to make sure they do not fail.

For those who don't know how instant run off works, instead of voting for a candidate, you get a list of candidates, a write in space, and a none of the above and you rank them by your preference. Only your #1 is counted as a vote. If no one has a clear majority (this depends on the country), the candidate with the least favorable vote is eliminated and those ballots' #2 choice is distributed and counted and so on and so forth so it's a much more accurate picture of the electorate's desire.

What was your point in:
1. Bolding the text in my post and then
2. Posting this news article, good sir?
You're not being clear with your point.

You're not being clear with your point.
your implication that this guy-who was given no option to vote for obama and was shrugged of by the polling worker and told "it will be ok"-was just trying to spread propaganda and essentially it was nothing to be bothered about.
the black panther obama stormtroopers article was posted to show you a true example of manufactured outrage.

But he was just doing that. If this was really such an "outrageous" problem, hundreds of videos and reports would be showing up like this all over the place: the democrats wouldn't stand for something like that.
Additionally, he hammed it up: the calibration was clearly off. All he had to do was push a bit lower and it would have selected his desired selection.
But do you have any sources for a mass conspiracy from the GOP to commit voter fraud that isn't easily countered with similar things from the Democrats?
In other words, can you back up the implications of these words:
"funny how these yearly plagues of various ballot errors always end up favoring republicans."
Or can that statement be dismissed as typical anti-GOP rhetoric?

What does the NBPP believe and why would "some white people" be afraid with them standing outside voting locations?

perhaps he was not a conspiracy alarmist, but rather a guy who got dicked at the polls (hehe see that?) and wanted to document his experience?
oh no you're right. he was a prescient and fraudulent rabble rouser who had forseen this malfunctioning machine and thus moved to the correct voting district and sought out this machine just to get 15 minutes of fame.

oh is that what happened? you know so much.
I initially selected Obama but Romney was highlighted. I assumed it was being picky so I deselected Romney and tried Obama again, this time more carefully, and still got Romney. Being a software developer, I immediately went into troubleshoot mode. I first thought the calibration was off and tried selecting Jill Stein to actually highlight Obama. Nope. Jill Stein was selected just fine. Next I deselected her and started at the top of Romney's name and started tapping very closely together to find the 'active areas'. From the top of Romney's button down to the bottom of the black checkbox beside Obama's name was all active for Romney. From the bottom of that same checkbox to the bottom of the Obama button (basically a small white sliver) is what let me choose Obama. Stein's button was fine. All other buttons worked fine.

not sure. why would some white people attempt to paint it as an angry black conspiracy and front-page it on fox news? well THAT i know.

Oh my, and in a swing state too, the second most important swing state at that.

Or perhaps my version is more correct? Of course, you've already made up your mind. But explain why there are not hundreds of videos like these popping up? Do you really think the Dems would sit by, especially with how sensitive both sides are to voting fraud, without some sort of documentation of what happened?

Of course you're right and so is the "software developer" in that video.

Apparently you are a very trusting individual. There is no such thing as partisan politics on the internet and the other video that matches up with that "troubleshooting" he did is out there on the net but the GOP is suppressing it, right?
"I initially selected Obama but Romney was highlighted. I assumed it was being picky so I deselected Romney and tried Obama again, this time more carefully, and still got Romney. So a person that is clearly hamming it up writes some more words that magically level up with the hamming. Cool. And he's a software developer?
When I read that from him, I thought this:

This is clearly a lie* but let's pretend you are clueles as to who the NBPPs are.
*You're pretty damn smart and very educated. The probability that you have no clue what the beliefs of the members of the NBPP group are is extremely slim.

They did? I mean...I guess that's one way of looking at it but I read things like:
"But whatever we will do, it will be legal and lawful under the Constitution of the United States," Shabazz told “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio.”
and
"Jerry Jackson, who was charged in the 2008 case along with Minister King Samir Shabazz, but later saw charges dropped by the Department of Justice, was seen early Tuesday outside a North Philadelphia voting site wearing the group’s trademark black beret, combat-style uniform and heavy boots. Fox News confirmed he is a designated poll watcher."
Now, I'm pretty outspoken about how ridiculous FoxNews can get with their "news", but that seems overly fair to Jerry Jackson. Not only did they remind the reader of who he was in 2008, the were quick to point out that the charges were dropped, he was official, and he said he wasn't going to bring silly things like billy clubs.
Still, on top of that, you have a members of the NBPP standing outside of polling places (some of them dressed with black beret, combat-style uniform and heavy boots). So what does the NBPP believe and why would "some white people" be afraid with them standing outside voting locations?
Now, if you were not just indulging in more partisan politics and were making an objective observation about voting fraud, you may have mentioned the problem happening in New Mexico. Seems legit...but smells of more GOP whining. What do you think? Legit or not?
