The only way you can say that Ganondorf's unknown durability can tank Luffy's attacks is to shows something that proves how far he is above city-block or say that 'nothing can harm him besides the MS'. Because so far the greatest defenses hes shown is nothing compared to Luffy.

Pre-skip Luffy's max strike is at 696 GJ, Luffy's post-skip Haki [makes him hit harder] punch strikes at 1,966 GJ. And he still has two attacks stronger than this; That Haki bullet punch < G2 Haki Red Hawk < G3 Haki Elephant Bullet/Gatling.
There has to be a reason that Dorf/ToP+Link can take hits from a character who can hit with forces this high above anything we've seen them take, and then come back from it completely unaffected. Because if there is one, its hasn't been explained yet.

Because of that. He received damage from non MS weapon, screamed in pain due to it, collapsed/was brought brought down, was left unable to fight or even maintain his power Iits happened twice now and is even made a vital thing in the boss fights
Not examples. Not only was the MS 'blunt' at that point (he says this as separate to its power) but theres no indication that contact was made. The blades a foot from Dorf and to the far right of him. Midna has its own complications already stated, and surviving fire is its own thing not to do with weapon resistance.
Oh, and like I said, the castle scene has its issues in being legit. I'm only talking about it because I /want/ him to have City-block durability :T
You're honestly saying that no matter the physical strength, no character can harm someone with the ToP? So someone like Dorf can tank punches from Kratos, Regigigas and Asura until they all collapse from fatigue, and he'd walk away like he just had the most burly massage ever created?
And c'mon, having a gaping wound in his chest that became his weakpoint isn't inconvenient? Its like me saying Dante can take anything 'cause a sword in the chest isnt a bother. Its actually a bit like when BT said Kain can survive any damage because he can turn into mist/bats and survive after his heart was ripped out.

Take it out of context more, please.
1. Light arrows.
2. Gets back up and goes another round.
3. Cutscene evidence contradicting your claim.
Even if Link did manage to incapacitate Ganon for however short a period of time, which isn't what happened, (Even after he got the MS back Zelda uses her power to pin Ganon for the final blow before the sages seal him away) the light arrows are involved and make your point moot.
Arrows are not needed to harm him as Ganon, TP or OoT.
nd who cares if he got up? Thats not the point. The point is he was harmed, and not in some minor way. What cutscene contradicts me? Is it the fire, off-screen/spectral castle explosion or Link's missed strike?

How can you look at Ganon screaming out and falling down to one knee, trying to support himself with his swords and unable to hold up the magical flames that kept Link from the /evils bane weapon/, you can look at this and say 'Nah, it didnt bother him in the slightest'?

But anyway, Luffy can easily just outrun it. It's just polar wind. In a recent chapter Luffy casually outran a huge liquid explosion, despite the fact that he was covered in the explosive liquid. Without anyone seeing him move despite the fact that they were all looking right at him.
