Cheating with the boots he is.

Prove it. Bulbins men crushed him.

237 defeated point. Link is too durable.

Canon.

Bulbins men. Canon.

4. Defeated point.

5. Defeated point.

6. Defeated point.

Prove Russell is strong enough to harm Link.

Eric can be caught off guard

Yeah.. you answered yourself on the speed front. You admit that a 1,000yo vamp can be tagged by humans, so the lesser vamps are in for trouble.

Russell destroys bodies whereas Link needs a sword to do so.

For a hundred tonner you'd think he wouldn't rely own that sword as his crutch.

Link used a sword the entire game. He needs it due to his inferior strength.

God of War - Kratos
Asura's Wrath - Angus, Asura
Dragonball - Trunks, Gohan
Devil May Cry - Dante, Vergil, Nero
Kingdom Hearts - Sora, Riku, Mickey
Final Fantasy 7 - Cloud, Zack, Sephiroth
Samurai Jack - Jack
Metal Gear - Raiden
Bleach - Ichigo, Kenpachi, Aizen
Naruto - Zabuza, Kisame, Suigetsu
One Piece - Zoro, Hawkeye
He-Man - He-Man
Various myths - Hercules etc

Strength is strength. Add a sword and its just strength is strength with shiny cut metal of pain.

It gets better. He slept through it. haermm

Goron's are unphased by volcanic explosions.. Link can stun them with his sword attacks..

..is Link still weak?

Prove it hurt him.

The boots stop the Gorons. Links strength cannot. The game makes it clear he needs the heavy boots to stop them. He can lift them just not stop them on his own.

That wrong, though. It's not that Link isn't strong enough, as several Gorons state that Link is very strong. Like here: http://youtu.be/YeI_q2msqQw?t=1m33s

"Who knew that humans were capable of such feats of strength..."

And there's this: http://youtu.be/CythYiGkQBA?t=4m47s

"Your body is skinny, brother, and you are too light."

Around 3:50 Gor Coron also says that Link is strong for a human.

So, actually, the game makes it clear that Link is strong enough. He just isn't heavy enough. That's why the boots are needed, as they only increase weight.

We see Bulbins men drum him out.

Context. That was before his power awakened.

Link used a sword the entire game. He needs it due to his inferior strength.

He needs the Master Sword due to it being Ganondorf's weakness. It's also one of the weapons he's trained in, why would he go unarmed?

Russell has greater feats than Link even with his sword. Facts is facts.

With modern weaponry and their attention diverted. Context.

Yeah, characters like Kratos rip limbs off so it is a valid tactic. Link does not. So sorry.

We see him react so it clearly did. If he did not movie it did not hurt him. Axes hurt a link. Prove he is immune so he reacted to it.

Yes, but he is not heavy enough to stop them and needed to cheat to level the playing field. Cheating is unfair. Dq'd.

Weight has stuff all to do with strength though, so your pathetic excuse is dismissed as rubbish.

The game makes it clear they are cheating. Bo specifically tells Link. 🙂

Cheating means an unfair advantage. If I box by putting something else in my glove is it fair ? Nah.

That is not even the same remote analergy.

Link wears the boots for anchorage, but it's still his body doing the work, would you expect those boots to actually support the weight of a Goron by themselves? You'd be even more delusional if you did.

You'd think link would be turned into paste the moment the goron hit him, leaving the boots behind with a pair of severed feet, because that is what physics would demand if Link didn't have the strength to withstand the impact. Stop being a fool about this.

The boots give him an unfair advantage. You can't deny it.

The Gorons don't kill anyone in this manner. In this game people are shot out of cannons for a ride. Fictional physics don't have to match up to real world physics.

It's part of his standard equipment Quan. What, are we going to go the gimp road again? Just like you did with Vader and Yoda?

So he has some toonforce abilities? Excellent. And you think Russell matches him strength wise becauuuuuuse.... why?

In the game it is cheating. I am not saying he cannot use them I am saying he cheated in the game since they kept it a secret from the Gorons. Bo also did so. 🙂

Russell rips spines out. Russell has greater combat strength feats than Link with a sword.

Russell is too fast for Link as well. Do you watch the show ?

Link has used the boots in several games Quan, and look again, the boots aided in stopping the Gorons, but don't do a damn thing when lifting and throwing them. And again, merely walking in said boods also prove Link's strength.

Err no, not even remotely, it only proves Russell is bloodier.

Hah! Yes I do, and I suppose the quibbling about the Hookshot is also going to be cheating too...

(Off to work, will reply tonight.)

Link wins. Quan is out of his gourd. duryes

it is still cheating according to the game. With gear he is more formidable but Russell does not need gear. 🙂

It proves he can rip through bodies which I claim.

Yes, since this is a race. What race do you know where people can use gear ? 🙂

Finally Link's goat stopping strength is matched up against Russell's car stopping strength.
