😂Honestly, I get that there's an onus on MOS to be more action packed and marketed as such.
I just don't think it was any less indicative of a blockbuster than say, that new Thor trailer. Which was awesome btw.
But are they going to be happy with merely Thor numbers? Thor is pulling in Batman or Iron Man money.

Honestly, I think MOS, if it's at least half as good as the trailer suggests, will surpass Thor without too much trouble.
I think it's going to end up in the same ball park as Thor.
It's going to be 1) Iron Man 3, 2)Thor: The Dark World, 3) Man of Steel, and 4)The Wolverine, for comic movies at the box office.

Thor did 450 M WW. I think Thor 2 can do around 700M, which is around where I see MOS doing.
The first Thor came out the same week, or week after, The Fast and Furious. Coming of the positive vibes of the first movie, and the Avengers with an October release, I think Thor is going to destroy the box office.
I'd love to be wrong, but I dont think Man of Steel is going to break 600mil WW. I don't get the sense that it will do as well in the foreign markets.

600M isn't really BB numbers and would be a success for WB.

Found something I didn't know, Superman from 1978 sold 57,000 tickets which would put that film in the top 10 superhero films all time. Solo characters Batman and Spider-Man have sold more than him so there is a possibility that a good Superman film can make some money and be successful.
