BvS has the momentum of MOS plus the Nolan Batman movies. I know the Nolan Batman is a different Universe, but it will still add to the momentum, given this is the first time we will see Batman since those films.
Plus like Firefly said the first time we're getting Wonder Woman on screen.
But yeah I agree with you that Avengers 2 will beat B v S and probably beat the first Avengers as well.
Although BvS does have the potential to compete, I just don't think it will. I mean they're already showing the highlight of Avengers 2 as Iron Man vs Hulk. So even the "versus" aspect is not something unique to BvS.
Of course I might reconsider this when I see the first proper trailer for BvS a year from now.
I agree kinda. When I was watching the Ultron trailer last night, I kept thinking "Oh okay, this is more of the same kinda thing." Car's being flipped, things looking dire.
Which isn't necessarily bad, but I havent found myself in as much anticipation for this as I was the first Avengers. I was far more excited for Guardians - not because I was too familiar with the characters, but because it was fresh.
So I guess that's one of the reasons why I'm looking forward to BvS more than Avengers, or say Cap 3 (although more winter soldier would be RAD.)
