Not really. CW has actually given Maul's character some depth. The point was they didn't want to bring him back and just have him being quiet and hunting Jedi exactly like he was in TPM.

They wanted to show a different side to him. Show how cunning and smart Sidious trained him to be.

So Far, all he has shown is that he talks a lot and thinks he is an all-powerful Sith Lord....Sorry, but I really think that it is weird what they are doing with maul. Darth Maul: King of the Pirates!

Nah. Dooku's already shown physical strenght by handling Grievous, Anakin and Kenobi at the same time and Ventress while using lightning on Savage.

You know something is wrong when people think that Maul... MAUL. Will be beating Dooku when it comes to a saber battle.

I agree Dooku wins. But Maul's not that bad! He has completely mastered Juyo, fencing, the Saber Staff, martial arts e.t.c e.t.c

Dooku is going to stay true to Makashi.
Physical strength is not his style
That wasn't his physical strength,that was skill,

If he had used Physical strength he would had beaten Anakin.
Makashi has no physical strength just skill in saber to saber.

That makes no sense. Just because he's more strong physically than Dooku doesn't mean he wins automatically. Maul stomped Savage who is stronger than him.

Oh yeah, totally. Not saying Maul is bad or anything, he's pretty good, but to say he's better than Dooku is just facepalm-worthy.
