Seems likely that they are going to get superpowers in season 2. Hopefully we can see the real Slade in action now.

I can't wait for flash 🙂 I love his power and his costume is pretty badass, I hope we get the proper flash costume cause that'd be awesome, none of that sunglasses and a hoody type costume we had in smallville

New episode of Arrow came on today. Though I only caught the end of it, I thought it was a nice lead up for things to come. Great way to finish off my b-day I guess.

watched the second season premiere.. excellent show.. continues to be clearly patterned after Nolan's Bat trilogy which I like... great show, looking forward to the show next week..

Caught this show. Loved season 1. A bit confused in the ep. I think I got it. It was Oliver just returning from the island. Partly. Right? I was flipping in between that and "Revolution" ..

Yeah, I think I might cut off "Revolution". I like "Arrow" better. Even thoug I like "Revolution"..

Arrow's show reminds me so much of Smallville..

Everything about it. From the camera work to the in-show music..

I may get bashed for this but this show is as good as SHIELD imo.

Good episode and a strong return. Looking forward to this again.

Amazing premiere for season 2! Looks like this show is going to continue to be my favorite show on TV! SOOOOOOO excited for episodes 8,9, and especially 20!

Season 1 Oliver returned. There were flashbacks to the island throughout the first season. In season 2 the flashbacks remain, only Oliver is a much better fighter and has come a long way! Although if you are asking about the way S2E1 started...that wasn't a flashback

Are you kidding? Arrow's so much better than SHIELD so far. Of course it has a season headstart, but even after the first 3 episodes of Arrow I was hooked. Heck I was hooked from the pilot episode. Still not hooked onto SHIELD.

Indeed. I read somethings a few months ago and it said she is suppose to be a big threat to Oliver. "In more then one way". That was before they released her character. I was speculating she would turn out to be cupid. Because shes suppose to be "dangerous to him physically and his heart". Thats close to the quote they used. I also agree I was hooked from the first EP season 1! I am enjoying S.H.I.E.L.D. but its not as good as Arrow.

The flashbacks in this season are supposed to be more about "What happened to Slade on the Island?"

Oooh I hope so. I want Oliver and Slade to meet in present day soon!!! I have a very distinct feeling they are going the route that he betrays Slade in some form.....

Seems like Slade has a thing for Oliver's girl. So will probably start off with that.

Also curious to see who will train him after him and Slade break up. I doubt he'll reach the level he's at in the present just from Slade's training.
