It's a mystery~

It's probably Malcolm though, since it was established last season that he's Ollies new BFF and absolutely most trusted adviser.

Got a question, episode 1 of the new season, when Barry and Oliver were at that graveyard, who's grave was that?

Say what?

Figured the Arrow/Constantine episode would be getting a bit more buzz but I guess not. Also

Spoiler:
Were the ex Task Force members really that good or was Oliver just dogging it the whole time. The lady in particular seemed to be pretty impressive

Felicity, IMO

Excellent episode. My favourite so far. Pace, action, storytelling all top-notch and drama kept to minimum. And no wonder, directed by Lexi Alexander. Hope she becomes a regular.

Spoiler:
Constantine made a decent guest appearance IMO, though I really do wish they didn't make him do vinegar stroke face when he cast some spells. I think they intentionally also added that bit about him having familiarity with Darhk so that they can possibly bring him back later, if this episode is well received. I lol'd when he called Oliver "Alice" though.

Guessing the next portion of the sub plot will involve figuring out where Ray is and how to help him, considering Felicity now found out that he is still alive.

Decent episode. Nice cameo.

They, though, try to make me side with Laurel, only to make her look like a bigger ****. It's almost funny at this point, if not sad because of how Oliver acts.

good ep last night...

does anyone know how arrow did last night?

The episode did well, despite a rough cut leak going online about 2 days before it actually aired. Most shows dipped a bit this Wednesday, but Arrow's ratings were up by about 10% apparently.

There were some things that bugged me though:

Spoiler:
John fixes Sara's crazy, but no one thinks to ask "Oh, before you go, can you maybe help Thea as well? She underwent something similar to Sara."

Or the woman now living in a cave on the island. Perfect opportunity for Oliver to get her off the island with John and his boat, but nothing like that happens.

Laurel... she really does not seem to care that her actions literally caused her sister to go on a killing spree. It's all "Oliver doesn't care about me waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah"

And finally, why did everyone on team Arrow suddenly become flailing idiots when Sarah attacked them? I know they were trying to capture and not kill, but they were getting tossed around like fodder.

👆 to all of that.

I thought the exact same thing about Thea... like, why not help her too... i guess they wanna keep that bullet in the chamber to use later. And it really bugged the shit out of me how everyone all of a sudden forgot how to fight. It's not like Sara has enhanced stats or anything... she wasn't even using skill to beat their asses. that was just dumb.

Great point about the woman in the cave, i didn't even think about that.

and yeah, Laurel is still the worst part of this show. by a long shot. my eyes involuntarily roll whenever she starts to talk.

It sucks too, as Canary is a character that deserves far better.

Yeah, at this point I think that most people wouldn't be too sad to have Laurel be the one in the grave.

I hope Constantine returns; he's a breath of fresh air in a stale show. He couldn't save his episode, but it's hardly his fault.

I might actually stop watching. The fact that it ties to the far-superior Flash is the only thing that may keep me watching.

When did all of the Arrow team suddenly become scrubs. And Felicity had to emote again so that was something to deal with.

Spoiler:
Also while I know the show is setting up for the Legends of Tomorrow thing, I still find it funny how Ray and Sara decide to just bug out of the Arrow drama

Felicity's emo mood swings are getting extremely tiring. Not sure who has the worst emotional outbursts. She or Laurel.

Also, am I the only one who is actually finding the flashback arc to be more interesting than the current timeline one for a change? I am more curious to see what is really hidden on that island than to watch another villain destroy the city.

Laurel endangers the lives of other people with her outbursts so I'd say she's still the worst.

As for flashbacks, I thought season 3's were decent if only because I got to see Katana and the general drop in quality season 3 had.

this last episode was terrible. Not only was it Felicity-centric, Felicty's mom showed up. The female characters in this show are horribly written, and that problem is compounded by the actresses playing them being of below average talent.

Eh, I think the actress that plays Felicity is usually pretty decent.

This last episode though, how did it not occur to her at least once that she was becoming obsessed with saving her ex-boyfriend and basically giving Oliver shit even though he's the most qualified to help Ray. I mean, that's some blindness right there.
