true.. but without hank's pretection (which jesse never had in the first place) or walt retracting the hit, all signs point to death.. then again..

the show does have a certain amount of unpredictability, Hank has been awesome since getting off the throne 😎

Jesse will live because he has the Eye of the Tiger.
Meh cars in the way of both sets of shooters etc etc
I can't see it being an exchange that both parties will go away from without losses, even if Walt intervenes, stopping Jack, sparing Hank if not Gomez. I guess we'll see who gets it and who doesn't next week.
What a bastard of a cutting point/cliffhanger. 😛
Gilligan rarely ever lets us down.

So may things were running through my head those last 5-10 min.
Spoiler:
when Hank was talking to Marie, I thought the nazis would break in the house and take her. I think Gomez is the most expendable one, he's gone for sure. Then again, it was like watching an episode of The A-Team, so many bullets flying and no one got hit. On another note, Jesse is a full snitch now and needs to die!
So Hanks tactics in this episode seemed to me to be completely illegal. Death threats on witnesses, fake death photos, knowingly allowing Jesse to possibly get murdered, not informing the DEA about anything. Even if Hank lives, and has evidence, wouldn't the case be completely thrown out?
I think it just shows how consumed by the need to get Walt he is. Its been very strange to me to see Walts good qualities highlighted while Hanks negative qualities have as well. While he's completely controlled by his hatred for Walt and wants to get him no matter what and regardless of the sacrifices, Walts the one thinking about people other than himself, honestly reaching out to Jesse and finally
Spoiler:
backing off when he sees Hank. Because no matter how much Hank wants to take him down, Walt stills loves him and thinks of him as family.
Needless to say, this is perfectly in character for Hank. It reminds me of his fury when Walt tricked him by claiming Marie was hurt. He seemed to think that was crossing the line, without understanding that he backed them into a corner and he was going to throw them in jail for a damn long time. In that situation he crossed the line. And now he's doing it again.

The redneck type.
Don't get me wrong, it was an awesome episode, but that scene makes no sense.

They used ground beef to make it look like one of their undercover agents blew someone's brains out.
What death threats did he give?
Only thing he did that was probably illegal was not informing the DEA, idk how their bureaucracy works.
