assuming that that h2h fighting feats (as in literally hand to hand and not hand to bullet) is ALL that proves h2h fighting ability is faulty.
Catching the bullet proves his level of fighting AUTOMATICALLY since it was a residual of his fighting ability. Just like the Beast catching the bullet on 'Kung Fu Hustle' automatically proved his status as a fighter.
Now if Ozy obtained the ability to catch a bullet through other means than fighting then you are 100% right. But this is not the case and it is common sense him catching the bullet was a residual (do you know what that word means?) of his incredible fighting ability. Just like the force of Hulk's thunderclap on an outsider is just a small residual of the force his hands are hitting each other with.
For those who are reading this, the thread still goes on not because of debate who would win (team 2 wins) but rather because of the debate of whether Ozy has supreme fighting skills based off his bullet catching feat and limited but very casual engagement with Rorshach and NiteOwl.
So no more "why is this thread still going" BS. Just read the last few posts and use common sense please.

Batman is established as being less skilled than Shiva, Dragon, BT and Batgirl. Batman is Daredevil level, and neither of them is on the same level as Cap.

Learn to read, I said a MERE human catching a bullet proves, not a superhuman.
Cap is not more skilled than Iron Fist or Shang-Chi. He can engage both well because of his physicality.
You got to be crazy to believe Cap is more skilled than Batman.
