That right there is the only hope he has. However since the T-1000 was still moving after it lost a limb it wont always sit still while it regenerates. Also when it was blown up after the truck crashed it walked away as it turned back into the cop.
But it took a while for it to regen after the truck explosion, remember? Around 30 seconds, right?

But then we must consider the striking force of the T-1000. Wolverine has been KO'd by bullets to the head. Can the T-1000 strike him hard enough in the head to KO him? He was also KO'd by a tree trunk, remember?

From what i remember he was out for an hour at least.

Yes it did and ive been saying wolverine needs to deal a SHIRTload of damage to incapacitate him.

It wasn't cut into eight pieces in that incident: it simply lost a hand.

Right. Now, is the T-1000 strong enough to duplicate that?

Damage Wolverine is more than capable of dealing IMO.

He fought massive opponents that would have torn our heads off with even jabs on origins and remained conscious...and there were plenty of other incidents showing ridiculous durability before KO.... I say T1000 lacks the ability to KO him.

But my point is that if a limb or two went missing he doesnt HAVE to sit still to regen. So after the first slice from wolverine hes gonna get taken down by the T-1000 regardless of how far the limb is removed from the whole.

I touched on this, what are the T-1000's top strength feats?

Using ikido like technique to spin Arnie round.
And thats about it.

This si the problem with the movies wolvy has bin in. He gets kncked the EF out by sabretooths tree trunk and a bullet to the dome, but then Origins comes along and they finally decide to get at least slightly closer to the comics. But which feat do we use here.

The T-1000 was at least as strong as the T-850, yes? And the T Unit from T3 was a T-850 if I recall.

We can use any feat arnold or any other T-800 used actually. Seeing as how the T-1000 at least matche arnorlds strength when they grappled over the shotgun in the mall hallway.

Rotational technique was used by the T1000 again (A favorite of T1000's probably assisted by Robert Patrick's Martial arts training and experience) to gain a foothold.. not strength and grip etc

Arnold is slower but stronger. T1000 was quicker but not as strong.
JC wanted it that way: He likened the T800 to a Panzer tank, and the T1000 to a porsche.

Pretty much says it all and is good enough for me.

Sadako sold me. Wolverine chops the T-1000 into pieces over and over again until it is overtaxed.

Terminator canon dictates that the future changes often.
Different tech.
Different Terminators.
Different levels of T800s.

The Arnies from all 3 films may be similar models but they aren't the same.

I dunno man... we never saw the T1000 holding a nuclear bunker bulkhead/door at bay...or achieving many other strength feats T-850 accomplished on screen in that movie.

But the TX that fought the T-850 in that movie seemed to be stronger than the T-1000 in fight feats...if flung the T850 around more effectively IIRC...
