So still a trekkie then. Okay. Kind of odd to have so much biased hate towards the franchise that the reboots came from, but okay.lol @ subpar special effects. At least half of the movies have quality effects work.
There are different levels of trekkie/trekker.
No, a reboot Trekkie. Trekkies to me love Original Star Trek.
No, way. Reboots have quality special effects as well as superior acting.

the reboots are still star trek.
Now you're just lying. The originals have better acting in most cases, better writing in most cases, the last few have top quality effects (ILM did FC, for example). Sure, the reboot effects are better, but if they weren't, that would be pretty shoddy workmanship.

Reboot fan since I enjoyed the reboot movies only. I do respect original universe Spock.

Then you obviously haven't been watching the right parts of it.

So you want everything dumbed down and flashier? That's okay, I guess.

Yes, be a dick. That's definitely going to make me agree with you. 👆Someone that champions Thanos really doesn't have a leg to stand on, tbh.
You won't agree to me if Gene. R. agreed with me an its subjective anyways. My point is once the formula and a different director rebooted the series I loved it. Prior to I could barely make it through a movie.
