I guess.

like people who call themselves gamers because they like to play angry birds or words with friends.

So still a trekkie then. Okay. Kind of odd to have so much biased hate towards the franchise that the reboots came from, but okay.

lol @ subpar special effects. At least half of the movies have quality effects work.

There are different levels of trekkie/trekker.

Im being honest. If the reboots never came I wouldn't care about Star Trek in the slightest outside arguing Star Wars destroys it.

No, a reboot Trekkie. Trekkies to me love Original Star Trek.

No, way. Reboots have quality special effects as well as superior acting.

the reboots are still star trek.

Now you're just lying. The originals have better acting in most cases, better writing in most cases, the last few have top quality effects (ILM did FC, for example). Sure, the reboot effects are better, but if they weren't, that would be pretty shoddy workmanship.

Reboots have hands down better acting than originals. My problem isn't with Star Trek mythos or the characters but the original movies and tv show. Everything I've seen from the show was lame as well as the original movies.

Reboot fan since I enjoyed the reboot movies only. I do respect original universe Spock.

Then you obviously haven't been watching the right parts of it.

I just rewatched Wrath of Khan less than a week ago and could barely make it through it. That's considered by many Trekkies the greatest Star Trek. That to me perfectly sums up my opinion oh it. The reboots successfully explore this universe and these ideas.

So you want everything dumbed down and flashier? That's okay, I guess.

You want pointless exposition and boredom galore. Different strokes for different folks.

I'm sorry if those movies were too complicated for you.

Not at all. Too boring. Too lame but then again you champion Superman so at least you are consistent.

Yes, be a dick. That's definitely going to make me agree with you. 👆

Someone that champions Thanos really doesn't have a leg to stand on, tbh.

Thanos first trip to the silver screen made over a billion. Superman is plain and boring. Undeniable.

You won't agree to me if Gene. R. agreed with me an its subjective anyways. My point is once the formula and a different director rebooted the series I loved it. Prior to I could barely make it through a movie.

I watched TNG, that's the one with Xavier, right?

Don't worry, just wait until MoS and he'll suddenly be the biggest Superman bandwagoner. It'll be funny.

"Oh yeah, bet me; I'll show you!" Idiotic, simply idiotic. Get over yourself already.
