Because this isn't about proving that Surfer has some form of telepathical communication abilities, or that he can project his thoughts to other people in some form of psionic [or not] communication. This is about showing offensive feats that prove that ability is any way relevant in battle - against people with high-end telepathic defensive abilities, and people with ridiculously high-end telepathic offensive abilities [J'onn].

Also, if we're gonna play this game, Superman has T-VO, a superior form of mental combat which he used to combat the abstract-level Dominus and beat him.

What does Flash have to do with anything? Superman isn't fighting him. He's fighting people who are all either noticeably or extremly slower than him.

just because u think Supes is more powerful doesn't makes it true..some people think Surfer is more powerful..doesn't really makes it true either..they are probably equally powerful and surfer get the win cuz well he can do anything..

u said Surfer doesn't have speed or TP..so i gave an example of him using planetary level TP..i don't know what he can really do with it..i just said it to prove he does have TP..

well..he can control time which means he can hang with Supes speed..that is what relevant..

i'm not sure why i used Flash..i think it's because i compare CA with Flash or something like that..
