no what has nothing to do with this thread was telling me about gandalf on the last page. if he was infact the greastest wizard then why the hell did he lose to a boy menoted by Albus
Voldemort never lost to Albus. What the hell are you watching ?
Originally posted by Genesis-SoldierHe is not Voldemort and we see these two actually go up against each other so abc logic fails. We also don't see anything from his duel in the movies to know the context of their battle.
DD defeated Grindelwald, who's skill level is expected to be fairly similar to Voldemort's.
the D mister is still better then the V in all aspects but little boy fetishes. if dumbledore was going to kill voldy then he would have done it long ago but because he didn't we can safely assume thet dumblebeard wasn't going full offensive therefore the battle would have been diffrent if he had because he is more powerful and skilled then the grey penis you adore

He was dueling Voldemort and protecting himself. He was unable to stop the possession of Harry so he failed I that regard. Again, voldemorts feats are greater and he never had complete control of the elder wand.
He was also protecting Harry. There is no known way to defend against mind control of another person; only yourself and Harry handled Voldy easily enough. We don't just debate off of feats. Based on "feats" Black Widow would stutter stomp Thanos in the MCU. Cuz feats right?
Originally posted by Genesis-SoldierFalse. Dumbledore took careful planning and used secrecy and his own inevitable death to undermine Voldemort. Dumbledore tried sending the flames back at him to kill him and drowning him. He failed. Voldemort looked superior and outlived Dumbledore.

Voldemort vs. Dumbledore was one on one. It was a pretty standard one on one duel to which Dumbledore could not protect Harry from Voldemort once he changed tactics.
Pay attention to my entire argument not just one aspect of it.

LoL, I've made you so angry you had to stop to calm yourself and then retort later.Anyhow, you still can't counter this truth:
Voldermort, thy name is cowardice.

It's the same screen-cap as before, boy. There's no need to make another since you're unable to counter the first and this stings you like no other 🙂

Feats don't matter as much here since one character is pretty much featless except for a duel which was pretty even.
Harry broke free pretty effortlessly once he realised there was nothing to fear.
No matter how you try to slice it, Dumbledore was protecting Harry and his mind was not 100% on the fight. And yet even distracted he counted everything Voldemort threw at him easily.
I've countered your entire arguement easily.
Originally posted by juggermanYes, everything matters. Voldemort dictated their duel not Dumbledore and the old timer had the most powerful wand not Voldemort at the time of their fight.

After he had the support of his friends and Dumbledore he broke free. He needed their help and encouragement.
Yes, it was. Prove his mind was not in the fight. To have the reactions he did against the best wizard it had to be in the fight.
No, you ignored aspects of the film, elder wand, and the fact Dumbledore possesses the greatest wand ever and not Voldemort when they threw down.

Dumbledore was on the defensive cuz he was defending Harry. Not hard to understand
His friends didn't support him. They arrived and looked on. He overcame Voldemort on his own. He had the power to do so all along.
Proof is in the fight itself. He kept himself between Harry and Tom and tossed Harry away more than once to protect him. To pretend his mind was completely on the fight like he wasn't defending the kid is just you ignoring what happened
No you ignored aspects of the film. I was just pointing out why trying to go feat for feat doesn't work here

Yes, they did. They inspired Harry to focus on his memoirs with their friendships to oppose Voldemort's. Watch the scene over again. Harry needed their inspiration to focus on what they did not have alike along with Dumbledore's counsel.
He did not keep himself in between the two of them aka possession so according to you he failed. 🙂
I have not ignored anything I have looked at the entire picture. You ignore aspects of the film and flat out deny the obvious.

Wrong again, it's a screen-cap, boy. Crying about your lack of GoT knowledge in here as well. How sad of you.
This is a fact and it kills you that you can't counter it:
Voldermort, thy name is cowardice.

The ironic thing was Dumbledore was the scared wizard here not Voldemort's making your claims even more nonsensical.

Didn't realise the Inferi engaged him in a duel
His memories inspired him. They reminded him. Difference
Glad you finally agree he was trying to defend Harry. Concession accepted
You ignored a lot. Good thing I'm here to set you straight 👆
