You're right Cap's Shield is far more durable!!! The nerve of that guy!!!

Yup your right. Heaven knows that that shield has never been broken. Superman on the other hand has actually defeated every enemey including angels and such.

I don't know if it was you or Quan but I brought up Thor draining the life out of Thanos with Mjolnir. That feat was dismissed as Thor simply draining energy from a being composed entirely of energy. While I found that argument to be dubious to say the least, it reminded me of this.

Hal has drained the life out of people with the ring. They weren't energy beings either.

How does Thanos get out of that?

Hal's Krona Buster will bust out of any force block or if Superman doesn't punch his way put, he can find a way to use his heat vision to do the trick. Superman solos, or Hal loans him his ring and makes it easier.

I'm conflicted. It is a very real possibility that the JLA can win using their resources, afterall this team has some ridiculous feats under their belt. On the other hand, Thanos could definitely beat their asses, under some portrayals anyways. I could very well see him one shotting or treating the likes of Diana and John as children, faceroll Hal and any construct he makes, then proceed to just straight up beat Superman.

I doubt it.

Anyways, if you don't think Thanos could give them the Titus/Konvict/General/Insert some other heavy hitting villain, then you're not giving Thanos his due. It's a very real possibility, but he can definitely lose as well.
