Well, they've already tried basically claiming that Slade is as fast as the Flash or Superman because he's tagged/escaped them before.
It's funny that they have no problem using Slade's PIS showings, but bring up Cap's and they throw a fit.

Making their lips bleed is nothing. A great feat for Slade, but in no way indicative of Slades strikes actually being able to cause any significant damage whatsoever.

Lex is still human inside that suit, so that really doesn't count. Besides, that issue was a mess.
Wonder Woman takes punches to the face from the likes of Superman, and doesn't always get a bloody lip. Yet her skin, that can survive orbital re-entry and absorb punches from heralds, somehow splits because of Slade?

Look at the post above your's, he thinks Slade tagging the Flash is a valid high end speed feat and not just a matter of Flash not using much of his speed or jobbing.

Sending someone flying isn't a stretch, considering strength levels. Depends as much on how the person being hit takes it (Braces himself against it, plants his feet, ect..), as it does the person doing the hitting. Supermans infinitely more durable and strong, but he still doesn't weigh much, so if he wasn't paying attention and got tagged, why shouldn't he get sent flying?
Now, if he actually hurt Superman.. 😈
Since we're not using high end showings then Cap's Red Zone feat is off the table, now has Cap ever blitzed a bullet timer? I'd like to know
