In order for that scene to prove anything, you'd have to show that Neville was incapable of doing a backflip prior to the imperio...which you can't do.
However, even if I were to be generous enough to ignore the fact that you've provided no proof and grant that the imperio slightly amps a person physically(which it doesn't),....that scene still wouldn't be proof that it amps a person's magical abilities/skill.

The US got all non-nuclear weaponry and they failed. Airstrikes, even with a MOAB, aren't penetrating the amped mega-shield generated by every wizard in the series, as I proved. Airstrikes, even if they penetrated, wouldn't do shit, because by then, the wizards will have been alerted because of the shield and teleported 250 miles away (and they can just come back and rebuild the shield later). So again, airstrikes fail here.
Ground forces won't be able to enter the city anyway because of the shield, so the wizards auto-win, but if ground forces did penetrate, they would be utterly WTFpwned by the teleporting flying wizards and their massive energy blasts and fiendfyres, the wizards win anyway.
