Powers : Technopathic: can control, reform, make different types of machines and electronics.
Electric Mind: His electric mind allows him to intercept messages from different communication devices and can also intercept text, remake them and send out false information. He can track any used electronic device he wants by using hie electric waves as a tracking device.
Weaknesses : He is weak against water, water can get into systems and if it damages it enough he will have to retreat and repair his systems.
Skills/abilities : Extremely Intelligent, an excellent strategist.
Equipment: His mechanical eye allows him to have X-ray vision, his mechanical arms have enormous strength and are very durable allowing him to block strong attacks. His sword is just for looks as he rarely uses it in battle.
Bio : At the age of 5 Daniel started developing his techno powers, after the news was spread about him he became a popular icon in the city and tended to show off his powers. Even though he was well liked there were some people who would do anything to get rid of him. In a major "car accident" leading up to a car pile up he suffered major damage to different parts of his body. His arms were crippled, he suffered major brain damage, and a large shard of glass impaled his eye. In an order to save his son his father (who was a scientist) started doing experiments on him and replacing his damage body parts with mechanical ones (Half his brain was now a machine boosting his intelligence). Over the years the people that once loved him turned their back on him and began making his life a living hell. He then began developing his Electronic mind powers and could now read txt involving him, nothing was positive. His dad 4 months later died of a heart attack leaving Daniel alone to fend for himself. On his 11th birthday he ran away tired of all the abuse he took, he then began to grow a large hatred for humans and met a boy named Kyle, who also had extraordinary abilities like his. Together they lived a life of crime until Daniel convinced him to move to some city. After convinced Daniel grew quite curious with Kyle's reason for wanting to come here so bad.
"Why are we in a town like this again? This actually doesn't look like our style?" Daniel asked.
Kyle chuckled to himself "Its not the money that were after it that's what your wondering. Its the very people in this city."

Weaknesses : Ineffective to rocks so hiding behind a big boulder would screw him over. He is also scared of spiders.
Skills/abilities : Excellent hand to hand combatant, very smart.

Bio : Kyle lived in a very religious but small village, when his powers started to develop he was treated like a god. Although a sweet boy he was corrupted with the power over the village, he began to treat the citizens as slaves. After years of abuse from the once sweet boy the village rebelled and stripped him of his title as a god and was nearly killed before he escaped. Alone and angry he lived a life of hate towards humans. He believed that people with extraordinary powers should be dominant instead of humans. Years later he met Daniel, a boy with extraordinary powers like his own. Together they lived a life of crime until he heard strange rumors of super powered people like himself and Daniel. He then convinced Daniel to go to the city of where these so called "super heroes" are (Although when he convinced him he left the super power beings out of it).

Powers : Naturally Enhanced Agility
Equipment: Kestrel carries on him a set of dual arc pistols working on a gas-propelled firing mechanism. The ammunition consists of multiple different types of rounds** that he has created himself, ranging from as simple as flashbang effects to as complex as a carbon-based cryofoam. He never uses lethal rounds, following in the code of ethics put forth by his inspiration to become a hero, the Batman.
Weaknesses : Normal human limitations as far as durability, both mental and physical. He can be a bit over-confident at times, though it ultimately leads to his downfall via underestimating opponents' skills. He also has a (literally) petrifying fear of snakes.
Skills/abilities : Trained in sixteen different forms of martial arts; also trained in the use of firearms, though he seldom resorts to using them.
Personality : Kestrel's personality is very focused when on a mission, focusing only on its success and the safety of his teammates. As far as outside of missions, his personality can range from cynical and snarky to relaxed and fun-loving. Suffering from a chemical imbalance, his mood tends to be on different ends of the spectrum dependant upon the day itself, as well as certin outside factors.
Bio : Kelevra grew up on the mean streets of Gotham, orphaned at the age of 10 when one of Joker's schemes totaled a large death count. He and his sister were the only survivors of the family, and Kelevra quickly adapted to the ways of the streets to give them a fighting chance at surviving day by day. A few years later, on his thirteenth birthday, a plot by Poison Ivy managed to poison his sister, and unfortunately, the antidote wasn't synthesized in time to save her. He swore on that day to train both body and mind until he could do what none of the other heroes would: Rid the streets of villains forever. He travelled for two years between Metropolis and Central City, learning multiple forms of Martial Arts, and even briefly being trained in firearm combat by a man who would only refer to himself as "Mr. Wilson" when asked. He returned to Gotham at the age of 16, where he forged his guns and began his fight, though he found it difficult to suppress much of the crime rates himself, leading him to seek out a team, when rumors reached him of a group known as the Teen Titans, an extraordinary group of young heroes. This was just the thing he felt he had been looking for, and he began the long trek to Titan Tower, in hopes that they would accept him into their ranks.
