The Batman character would need to stay older, but the actor cast can be younger. Get an actor that can play old, make up and a little hair dye is good enough

Like I said don't really want that older, exhausted, fed up Batman anymore. Was fun watching Affleck do it. But If they're changing him then I'd prefer them reboot with a younger Batman, and not a young guy acting like an old one.

Saw this last night.

IMO I think it has unfairly pulled a 30-40% score. I found it very entertaining as a comic fan and would place it no less than the 60% range.

That's not how RT works.

30-40% means 30-40% of the critics liked it. So you would give a thumbs up, others would give a thumbs down. Overall the Thumbs down have it.

If they can do it on TV they can do it in the movies.

BTW the RT score creeped back up to 40, for now.

It's as 39 now.

I'll never understand why they didn't just remove Snyder after the BvS disaster.

Ask Golgo. He can explain to you the genius behind that decision.

RT Scoring system aside, point being it deserves a higher score overall. They did put in a much better effort than previous DC fiascos.

Damn the Thursday previews were well below, MOS, BvS and SS!

A $135mill OW is at the very top end of what it can pull now.

Already rumors of WB workers being canned over this.

I know Snyder’s had a devastating year, so I mean his with no disrespect but, for the Love of God get him permanently off and away from DC Films.

You fail to realize that WB is the main problem. And shitty source material, Nu52 League is among the lamest teams in the comic book history.

WB is to blame too yes.

Kinda unnecessary since you know he's gone.

So this movie still hasn't given an actual explanation for how people are inspired by Superman and not deathly afraid...especially now.

Also, terrible CGI aside, I thought Cyborg turned out a lot better than the trailers portrayed him as.

With this film under performing big time I'm expecting some changes at WB soon.
How are you guys assuming it's under performing? It's making quite a bit of money from what I've heard....Maybe it won't make a billion but make no mistake this movie will make A LOT of money.

If Suicide Squad can rack up 745 million, anything is possible. After all, the DCEU is the Transformers of comics atm; Loud, Bad CGI and overall underwhelming film experiences that happen to rake in the cash.

It is making 25-40% less than BVS in certain territories. However, it will still make a profit (a low one), needing 600 M in ticket sales, so...

For those who have seen it, how is the Flash? I’ve, surprisingly, heard good things about him.

I've heard good things (overall) on Flash and Aquadud.

Just got back from it. Flash and Aquaman... The jury's still out on them. Their powers were made to look impressive, but character wise? There's work to be done, imo.

As far as the movie itself?

It's a big, BIG step forward from BvS and SS. It has its issues, but in general, any complaints I might have had were countered by something I liked about it. And I genuinely think that the reshoots, if they are the parts I'm thinking they were, most likely improved the movie.

Solid experience in general, and it's the most enjoyable superhero movie I've watched since Wonder Woman.

Good to hear. From the sounds of it, there seems to be a disparity between critics and fans on this one. I’m hoping I enjoy it.

Just came back from it, overall I love this movie, full of actions.

Spoiler:
DC FINALLY realized that NOBODY comes to see heroes being feared and hated by people, they want to see action and heroes unite to fight big bad first. In this movie they pretty much disregarded the dark tone from MoS and BVS, which was 100% RIGHT, MOS would have been great instead of decent/ok without this tone.

The action was cool, every hero was handled correctly, they didn't choose to nerf Superman and still kept Wonder Woman&Aquaman badass through the plot design.

Of course, the lack of previous installments and the length made the movie a bit too rushed, especially how did they form this team. It could have been better if we've got 1-2 more movies before this one to set it up. The actors were fine, even Ben and Gal tried their best, just none of them were spectacular like RDJ.

Superman's resurrection and come back to sense could have been handled better, especially regaining his mind should be more than just LOIS.

The villains were pretty much the weakest part of this movie. It got little plot and characterization, and was quite weak. I just don't get it why did they use Steppenwolf when DC got tons of better villains. Brainiac would have been. He really sucks before Zod and his crew.

The action in general was excellent, I thought. Better than most recent CBM.

Not one KMC’er given it a bad review yet. That’s encouraging.
