I hope he never gets a job again.

Any job.

Okay, okay. But... you understand that Jesse will either keep playing himself OR screw it up royally like in BvS, right?

Why would he if they write him differently?

Justice League had more than a few instances where you could tell that DC had stepped in to push things in a direction that Snyder wasn't going for in the first place.

Why do you defend someone who is a talentless piece of shit who should be - at best - delivering pizza and not getting any tips, ever?

Such a good time to be a DC hater, mmmmm.

I honestly think he'd be fine, as long as the writing is good.

I would agree with that. Have you seen JL, yet?

Well, for starters, I obviously disagree with you, don't I. On many things.

Yeah saw it earlier today.

Just got back from it. Flash and Aquaman... The jury's still out on them. Their powers were made to look impressive, but character wise? There's work to be done, imo.

As far as the movie itself?

It's a big, BIG step forward from BvS and SS. It has its issues, but in general, any complaints I might have had were countered by something I liked about it. And I genuinely think that the reshoots, if they are the parts I'm thinking they were, most likely improved the movie.

Solid experience in general, and it's the most enjoyable superhero movie I've watched since Wonder Woman.

Just spotted this. Looks like this is a crowd pleaser, overall. Couldn't see it this week, going next.

Did the post credit scene surprise you?

And that's perfectly fine. But on Jesse Eisenberg? Really?

Give me a movie with his stellar performance, maybe I'm missing some big gem.

Fincher's Social Network
Ayoade's The Double
and Woody Allen's Cafe Society
Now You See Me is good, too

He has talent, it's just limited.

Probably. But from all I'm hearing, most people enjoy it. We will see with the legs. It'll probably lose over 50.% next weekend.

Yes good WOM will help it’s legs. Unfortunately the bad RT score won’t help.

Remember Wonder Woman’s spectacular legs (no pun intended) had a 92% RT score backing it up.

On the other hand this will get repeat viewings from WW fans, Batman fans, Superman fans, and possibly Flash fans.

Really?

I was afraid someone would try to bring it up. Smh. Ok, to each his own...

Thanks for naming other examples.

This film is one horible mess. Only 2 postives which are Afflleck and Gadot. the rest is shit. Fisher is a very dead wooden actor. cyborg's cgi was atrocious until the very end. Momoa he still sucks. Miller as Barry/Flash , a did not like. Miller, Fisher and Momoa are not likable characters. Steppenwolf was vastly underused and crappy. Cavil needs to go back to acting class. This is one film that I probably wil never ever see again. Once is enough. WEho in the world wrote this shit. I thought Terio was some oscar winning screenwriter, I think he needs to guve that oscar back. 4/10 rating

Seeing it in 20 hours.

But I've seen enough leaked fragments to know that you're right, Bruce 👆

He did get nominated for an Oscar. I thought it was a job well done.

Doesn't matter how good of an actor Jesse Eisenberg is.

The issue is his look, his voice, his demeanor, his mannerisms, etc etc not his acting ability.

That's like casting Peter Dinklage as Marvel's Hercules. Doesn't matter how good Peter Dinklage is at acting but that casting won't work.

7/10

not awsome but decent

Have to agree. I liked BvS more than most, but damn I hated Jesse Lex. Definitely do not want to see his version of Lex again.

And yes, I agree.
