I think you refer to Ellis, (the guy she turned down at the beginning of the movie, who she only humoured as she wanted his corner office.) who was a useless cokehead who got himself killed after he gave Gruber his details, which lead to Holly, and the children directly being endangered.

Voldemort wins. Easily. Range of abilities and complete ruthlessness destroys one of the weakest heroes of a film series as of yet to hit the screen. He can tk the gun from his hand, avada kedavra, slash into his flesh from a mere wand movement, shoot giant fireballs up his arse, force blast him into a ko, giant fire snake him, hit him with dark energy, etc.
