...now that is the sort of answers I think we are likely to get. I wonder if she is going to come across some 'higher-ups' and potentially get some explanations. They posted this badass concept art many months ago (attached below, entitled "Ancient Gods"😉. I wonder if he is an Engineer leader of some sort, or perhaps a religious leader. But yeah, we obviously don't know jack-shit about the Engineer homeworld, customs, way of life, etc. So we will no doubt find out about them in the next film.

"Filmmaking legend Sir Ridley Scott has confirmed that he is going to begin shooting the sequel to Prometheus – his divisive Alien prequel/spinoff – by the first quarter of 2016, with Michael Fassbender and Noomi Rapace slated to reprise their roles from the first movie as the android David and human scientist Elizabeth Shaw, respectively. The next Prometheus installment is expected to follow David and Elizabeth as they explore the planet inhabited by the Engineers, the alien race that created humanity… and, somewhat inadvertently, created the dangerous Xenomorphs, too.
Scott recently clarified that the over-arching Prometheus movie narrative thread won’t connect back to the Alien franchise until the third or fourth installment, should the franchise continue on for that long. However, the director’s revelation that Prometheus 2 is officially titled Alien: Paradise Lost may seem to contradict that idea – at first glance, anyway."
What the f#ck?? I thought you all were kidding about the "Alien: Paradise Lost" title. That's f#cking stupid. I'm still not convinced that Ridley isn't f#cking with us. That's a horrible title. "Prometheus: Paradise" is a great title. There aren't going to be any xenomorphs in the movie, so why the f#ck would they call it "Alien:..."
Yeah, probably. But it would actually cause more confusion... more casual fans would be like, "Oh, I thought this was an Alien movie?" They won't get the relation to Prometheus. It's bad for continuity. Not to mention it's also stupid to name it after the famous poem. But even "Prometheus: Paradise Lost" would be more acceptable.
At least now I know I can start lowering my expectations.
You might as well considering the new name change. From the new title it doesn't even sound related to Prometheus 1, which is f#cking retarded considering the next film is supposed to pick up right where the first one left off. It's crazy because Ridley went on about how he wasn't interested in doing another Alien movie and there isn't going to be an alien in it, but now he's going to change the title just for name recognition? I don't buy it. I think this is a hoax. God, I hope it is. I think he might be deliberately spreading some misinformation.
