She's actually offered to teach me the coding on numerous occasions.

I don't doubt my ability to gain the necessary know-how and apply it in making a basic beta that expends the resources available to me at the moment, it's finding the connections for commercial licensing and funding for the necessary resources and viral development I'd be more worried about. That's when the whole "who gets a say in what when the ball starts rolling" debacle begins.
