Depends on how old you are.

Despite what others say, genetics are weird and you can grow well into your 20s. If you know for a fact your sister did, then that should be affirmation enough.

Everyone grows differently, what you eat, how much you sleep, and what you do from day to day are all factors as well.

Have you talked to your DR. They have growth hormone treatments for people who are not growing.

Though, the average height for a woman is 5'4, so I'm not THAT much shorter than them.

When I went to the pharmacy yesterday, I noticed there were several women who were about my height, or slightly taller.

Women get shorter when they get old. Maybe if you looked for someone around your grandmother's age height wouldn't be a concern.
