So IGN have given this a "great" score, and they're usually pretty harsh. Dumb but Fun they've said.

Another franchise to compare to Trek and Wars. Keep the high budget sci Fi coming.

Some of the theaters around here are going to do a double feature showing both movies. That would be a LONG Sit!

From the reviews I've seen so far it sounds pretty much on par with the first one, minus Will Smith, and an obvious setup for sequels... and I'm betting a lot more CGI, too.
